With the development of digital economy,under the new development pattern of double cycle,the continuous emergence of new technologies and new concepts,the rise of alliance network and the strong promotion of the national manufacturing power strategy,the key to enterprise development is to strengthen knowledge management,give full play to the new driving force of internal and external development and improve technical ability.Therefore,carrying out the research on the new concept of knowledge management and alliance knowledge network in the new era and their influence mechanism on enterprise technological capability is a contribution to enriching the theory of knowledge management,alliance knowledge network and technological capability;At the same time,it has important practical significance for guiding the management practice of enterprises to improve their technical ability.However,the existing literature lacks in-depth research in this field.In view of this,this study abstracts and condenses the above cognition into "the influence mechanism of knowledge management and alliance knowledge network on enterprise technological capability",follows the post structuralist theory,and based on the research logic of "process location capability",and makes a new definition and dimension division on the concept connotation of knowledge management,alliance knowledge network and enterprise technological capability on the basis of existing literature,Therefore,this paper systematically studies the mechanism of knowledge management and alliance knowledge network on enterprise technological capability,and studies the regulatory effect of multi-dimensional proximity on the relationship between alliance knowledge network and enterprise technological capability.This study helps to supplement the theoretical deficiencies of cross field research,and can be used to guide and help enterprises improve their independent technical ability,and obtain and maintain their long-term competitive advantage in the complex and changeable dynamic environment of the market.In the specific research,this paper follows the research framework of "knowledge management alliance knowledge network enterprise technical capability",based on knowledge management theory,strategic alliance,social network and knowledge network theory,enterprise technical capability theory,and uses multi case study method and empirical analysis method to analyze knowledge management The influence mechanism of alliance knowledge network on enterprise technological capability,the intermediary role of alliance knowledge network and the regulatory role of multi-dimensional proximity on the relationship between alliance knowledge network and enterprise technological capability are studied qualitatively and quantitatively.The main contents of this study include the following four aspects:firstly,a new definition and dimension division of the concept connotation of knowledge management,alliance knowledge network,enterprise technical capability and multi-dimensional proximity;Secondly,This paper focuses on the impact mechanism of knowledge management and alliance knowledge network on enterprise technical capability;Thirdly,The intermediary effect of alliance knowledge network between knowledge management and enterprise technological capability is studied;Fourthly,The moderating effect of multidimensional proximity on the relationship between alliance knowledge network and enterprise technological capability is studied.Using the research methods of literature review,multi case investigation and questionnaire measurement,this study puts forward the initial research hypothesis based on the case analysis of two representative industrial technological innovation strategic alliances,and puts forward the hypothesis and constructs the theoretical model through further theoretical research;According to the paradigm of empirical analysis and quantitative research,the data collected from the questionnaire are statistically analyzed to confirm the reliability and validity,and the structural equation and hierarchical regression statistical analysis are used to test the authenticity of the proposed research hypothesis.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,through literature review,case analysis and theoretical research,this study makes an exploratory definition of the concept connotation of knowledge management,alliance knowledge network and enterprise technical capability.It is proposed that knowledge management is mainly composed of three dimensions:knowledge development,knowledge exploration and knowledge reorganization;It is proposed that the alliance knowledge network is mainly composed of two dimensions:central position and structural hole;It is proposed that the technological capability of enterprises is mainly measured by two dimensions: width and depth.Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the measurement scales corresponding to the above variables,it is confirmed that each measurement scale has good reliability and validity.It is verified that knowledge management is a high-order variable including knowledge exploration,knowledge development and knowledge reorganization.Secondly,it explores the mechanism of knowledge management and alliance knowledge network on enterprise technical capability,as well as the intermediary role of alliance knowledge network and the regulatory role of multi-dimensional proximity,and constructs a theoretical model.After verification,it mainly comes to the following conclusions:Firstly,knowledge management has a positive impact on enterprise technical capability,and its sub dimensional knowledge exploration,development Restructuring has a significant impact on the breadth and depth of enterprise technological capability.Secondly,The dimension,central position and structural hole of alliance knowledge network have a positive impact on the width and depth of enterprise technical capability.Thirdly,Based on the hypothesis that alliance knowledge network plays an intermediary role between knowledge management and enterprise technological capability,this paper constructs a first-order latent variable model and a second-order factor structural equation model to test.It is concluded that the central position plays a complete intermediary effect between knowledge exploration,development and the width of technological capability;The central position has a complete intermediary effect between knowledge exploration and the depth of technical ability;The central position has a partial mediating effect between knowledge development and the depth of technical capability;Structural hole has a complete intermediary effect between knowledge exploration,knowledge development,knowledge reorganization and the width of enterprise technical capability.Thirdly,the moderating effect of multidimensional proximity on the relationship between alliance knowledge network and enterprise technological capability is studied.Multidimensional proximity is an important characteristic of alliance knowledge network.This paper divides it into three dimensions: organizational proximity,technological proximity and cognitive proximity.It puts forward the hypothesis of positively regulating the relationship between alliance knowledge network and enterprise technological capability,and verifies the hypothesis through the construction of measurement scale and empirical analysis.This paper mainly has the following three innovations:Firstly,drawing on the post structuralist research viewpoint and according to the theoretical logic of "process location capability",this paper constructs the research framework of "knowledge management alliance knowledge network enterprise technical capability",defines the concept of knowledge management,and creatively constructs the three-dimensional measurement system of exploration,development and reorganization of knowledge management.Secondly,In the research on the influence mechanism improved,and its role in affecting enterprise technological capability is deeply studied,which enriches the research theory in corresponding fields,and improves enterprise technological
