The Study On Affection Of The Characters Of Enterprise Networks, Knowledge Acquiring And Technology Innovation Capability

With the globalization of competition, the technological innovation capability hasincreasingly become the core competitiveness of enterprises. The enterprises own resourcesare limited, and it is difficult to meet the technical innovation and the demand for resources.Accessing to a variety of innovative resources from the outside world has become inevitable.Therefore efficient innovation network for business is critical. A large number of studies haveshown that the characteristics of the network of cooperation have a major impact on thetechnological innovation. But the theoretical circles have not yet formed a mature theoreticalframework or consistent conclusions on which mechanism affects the technologicalinnovation capability of the enterprise.The enterprise network characteristics affect technological innovation capability by theintermediary role of knowledge acquisition, while the absorption capacity of the enterpriseand external networks together affect external knowledge acquisition. This paper reveals theessence of the outside the enterprise network characteristics affect the technologicalinnovation capability. This paper takes high-tech enterprises as the research object, collected164valid questionnaires, using SPSS statistical software. We conducted reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and other methods to process the data,and verify the assumptions and model. The following conclusions:(1) The enterprise network is a key factor in access to obtain knowledge and to enhancethe technological innovation capability. And the different characteristics of the network havedifferent influence on knowledge acquisition and the technological innovation.(2) The enterprise network has a significant positive effect on technological innovationcapability by access to knowledge from the part of the intermediary role in this process.(3) The enterprise network characteristics have the impact on knowledge acquisition,with the absorptive capacity of the enterprise.In this paper，This study verifies the theoretical model through empirical research,andanalyzes the findings. The enterprises build their own external network of cooperation, toassess the value of their own network, and by using external network resources to enhance thetechnological innovation capability. However, due to the extremely complex of network theories, limited to the author’s research capacity and research of an exploratory nature, thereare many inadequacies in the research, yet to be continuous improvement in the follow-upstudy.
