Research On The Related Issues Of Network Service Extensibility

With the rapid development of the Internet and its applications,various new application requirements emerge in an endless stream,which poses new challenges to the network service capability.The capability of service extension is restricted by the pertinent development and deployment of traditional network protocols,excessive functional redundancy between protocols,and high cost of protocol development and deployment.Therefore,Whether network can achieve service extensibility has become the core issue of future network development,and it is also the key issue of future network architecture research.At present,relevant research achievements on services extensibility of future network basically focus on solving some factors that restrict the traditional network to realize service extension.These relevant research achievements lack of comprehensive consideration of the influencing factors of network service extensibility and systematic research on the related problems of network service extensibility.The specific performance is as follows: Firstly,these studies lack of consideration of the basic elements that network should have to realize service extensibility and the extent to which network has these basic elements,so a relatively unified measurement of whether the network has the basis of service extensibility is can't be established;Secondly,in view of the dynamic service extension,there is a lack of unified model and the corresponding supporting mechanism,so it is difficult to effectively realize the dynamic and on-demand service extension;finally,for the evaluation of network service extensibility,there is no unified analysis method based on the basic elements of network service extensibility,so it is difficult to effectively measure the network service extensibility.In view of the above problems,the network service extensibility is taken as the goal,and the related problems of network service extensibility is systematically studied from three aspects in this paper: the basic elements of network service extensibility,support mechanism of dynamic service extension and the analysis of network service extensibility.The main research work and contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)From the point of view of network itself,the basic elements of network service extensibility is explored,and then ti's analysis and demonstration is given;the basic elements analysis model of network service extensibility is put forward in order to measure the extent to which the network has the basic elements of service extensibility;this analysis model is used to analyze several typical new networks to find out the root cause of inadequate capability of service extension.(2)Based on the basic elements of network service extensibility,a network service extension method which is dynamic and ondemand is proposed,and the idea is expound and the extent to which it has the basic elements of service extensibility is analyzed;the mechanism of the service extension method is elaborated on the basis of abstract description of network services;the rationality of the service extension method is analyzed through reachability tree of Petri nets;through Modeling,simulation and analysis of service extension instances,it is verified that the service extension method can effectively realize dynamic service extension on demand.(3)Based on the basic elements of network service extensibility,an analysis method of network service extensibility is proposed;taking the analysis of service extensibility of three P2 P networks as an example,the availability of the analysis method is verified by comparing the analysis results of the analysis method with the experimental simulation results;the analysis method is used to validate the service extension capability of the network service extension method which is dynamic and on-demand.(4)The prototype system reference model of the network service extension method which is designed and implemented;Through relevant experiments,it highlight that the prototype system can effectively realize dynamic service expansion,and the degree that the network deployed the prototype system possesses the basic elements of service extensibility and the degree of service extensibility is verified,and then the theoretical research results of this paper is verified.In this paper,the related issues of network service extension is studied in depth.Through the experimental results,it shows that the research results of this paper can solve the related problem of network service extension well.The theoretical research of this paper has important reference value for the research of future network service model and architecture.
