Research And Design Of Service-Extensible IP PBX Architecture

Nowadays, a lot of enterprises employes a data exchange network and a telephone network. Data exchange network is used for data communications and telephone network is used for voice communications. In order to make full use of the network resources and reduce the cost of management and communication, more and more enterprises start to consider about the possibility of implementing two services in one machine.The development of internet, IP, NGN and SoftSwitch makes it possible to connect internet and telephone network. IP PBX is the industrial scheme in existence. Compared to classical PBX which transfers voice signals in PSTN by circuit exchanging, IP PBX, which is based on VoIP and TCP/IP technology, transfers voice, texts and images by Packet Switching.
