Research On Network Routines,Learning Mechanism And Governance Goals In Technological Innovation Network

In the contemporary social and economic development,due to limitations of their own knowledge,resources and other factors,it is not existing of the technology innovation witch did not depend on the cooperation.Technology innovation network,as an important organization form of implementing the technological innovation activities,has received widespread attention.World-renowned companies implement technical innovations through technical innovation.Through this innovative form of cooperation,the company has achieved in the remarkable achievements in technological innovation strategy,technology,economic benefits and risk control.However,practice shows that technological innovation network had instability and the high failure rate,the fundamental reason is that thi s network governance issues such cooperation innovation organization has not been effectively resolved.Therefore,the governance of technological innovation is particularly important for the network.The effective governance of loose cooperation innovation technical network should build on the basis of the inherent law of network operation.Among the innovation activities,technology innovation network organization in the process of cooperation innovation at the network level is relatively stable organization routine,network routine is considered to be maintaining and coordinating the core elements of network operation.Every main body of innovation network uses these practices to coordinate the cooperation consciously or unconsciously.Scholars have realized that the network routine play an important role to network communication,learning and cooperation among enterprises.It helps to reduce the high failure rate of technology innovation network,maintain network stability.Some scholars found that the network practice on the network operation efficiency through organizational learning.But existing research for network routines affect the mechanism of network governance still revealed.Technical innovation is essentially a learning activity,innovation network provides a learning platform that has intensive knowledge resource and easy to overflow and sharing for technology innovation network in enterprise.Therefore,exploring mechanism of action of network to technology innovation network governance objectives from the mechanism level make for ensure the effective implementation of network cooperative innovation activities.This paper based on theoretical review,network routine and learning mechanism of technological innovation network is defined.The author analyze the influence of the network routine on the learning mechanism,the influence of learning mechanism on the network governance aim and the influence of network routine on the network governance aim.Construct the theoretical model of technological innovation network routine——learning mechanism——network governance target and put forward relevant assumptions.In this paper are verified by the empirical analysis research hypothesis.This article’s innovation achievements mainly reflect inFirstly,the author studies the influence of different dimensions of network routine on the network management.Scholars have been concerned about the impact of network routine on alliance performance and network stability.But they did not study it from the influence of different dimensions of network routine on the network management.The targeted research on the role of network routine in the network management mechanism is lacked.Based on the analysis of the previous literature,the network routine is divided into collaborative innovation routine and innovative network norms;the in-depth analysis of the influence of different dimensions of network routine on the network management is made.The study found that the influence of cooperative innovation among the network members on knowledge sharing is not significant,but the cooperative innovation is not conducive to innovation appropriability,appropriate cooperative innovation is beneficial to the network stability,while excessive cooperative innovation is not conducive to the network stability.Innovation networks routine among the network members is beneficial to the knowledge sharing and innovation appropriability in the network,appropriate innovation networks routine is beneficial to the network stability,while excessive innovation networks routine is not conducive to the network stability.This conclusion is helpful to fully understand the impact of technological innovation network routine in the network management.Secondly,the influence of the different dimensions of the network routines learning mechanism is analyzed.Existing studies have recognized the network routines can effectively promote knowledge transfer,knowledge integration,knowledge,innovation,learning activities,But the current related research is not deep analysis on the relationship between them,and lack of from the aspects of mechanism analysis of learning activities.Combining learning activities features of technological innovation network,learning mechanism will be divided into two types of joint learning planning and joint problem solving,and analyze the impact of network routines on learning mechanisms based on this.The study found that among network members tacit cooperation is conducive to innovative behavior among members of joint learning planning,but is not conducive to joint problem solving among members.Innovation networks between members of the network specification consensus among the members of joint learning planning and joint problem solving are beneficial.This has important implications for network assurance practices embodied in the network learning mechanisms influence.Third,the study explores the impact of learning mechanisms on network governance goal Most core technology innovation network resource is knowledge,learning mechanism is not only an institutional guarantee for the effective knowledge resources in the network utilization,but also conducive to the effective management of technological innovation network.Based on it,the thesis analyzes the influence of learning mechanism on the network governance aim from the angle of joint learning planning and joint problem solving.The study found that among members of joint learning planning in favor of innovation appropriability and network stability,but joint learning planning among members for knowledge sharing not significantly affect the relationship between members of the moderate joint learning planning exclusively conducive to innovation,excessive planning is not conducive to innovation exclusive to learn.Joint problem solving among members of the network of knowledge sharing and networking stability are beneficial,but not conducive to innovation appropriability common among members of joint problem solving.Fourth,building relationship model of technology innovation network routine——learning mechanism——network governance objectives and empirical testing.The analysis revealed mediating effect on the relationship between the network and the network management routines of the target,which is the network routine affect the target network can learn through an intermediary role in the mechanism to achieve.Through the above analysis can be found among the underlying mechanisms.In short,this paper makes up for some shortcomings of existing research,enriching and expanding the existing network governance technology innovation theory,in practice the network to enhance the technological innovation capability and competitiveness of the overall innovation also is significance.
