With the requirements of building an innovative society and an innovative country,the scientific research,an important source of innovation,has begun to be revitalized,and various forms of scientific exchanges and cooperation have begun to flourish.Division of labor and collaboration is the basic mode of scientific research activities,as is a rational construction based on scientific research practices and a behavioral paradigm formed based on the common needs of scientific researchers.The rise and development of the virtual academic community under the web2.0 environment provides an important platform for scientific communication and an objective basis for scientific research cooperation.Virtual academic communities have incomparable advantages in resource integration,information diffusion,and knowledge flow across discipline boundaries.Researchers can carry out a series of information actions such as knowledge sharing,knowledge exchange,and knowledge transfer in the community.With the increase of knowledge flow and knowledge diffusion in the community,user behavior relationships have been further established,and user-association networks have been gradually formed.Researchers have been constructing networks in both knowledge exchange and research cooperation.Therefore,the ways of cooperation have changed.The network has removed the communication barriers and blurred the boundaries of scientific researchers,making them gradually change from a linear communication mode to a network communication mode.This change also further affects the competitive relationship between scientific researchers.The spirit of contract is the prerequisite for the establishment of a cooperative relationship.Common scientific research needs and values consist of the basic elements of cooperation.Institutional construction provides the external guarantee for continued cooperation.The openness of the community is an important basis for the formation of cooperation.After the long-term development of virtual academic community,the function and service of the community platform are becoming more and more complete,and various new forms of community application models are constantly emerging,which plays an important role in promoting the full exchange and communication of scientific researchers.Virtual academic community's attributes as a platform for knowledge sharing and knowledge exchange have been widely accepted by the industry.And how the community can further strengthen the connection between users,promote cooperation among users,and contributes more to the improvement of the rate of knowledge innovation and scientific research output are questions worth thinking about.Based on the scientific definition of the basic concepts of scientific research cooperation in a virtual academic community,this study systematically analyzes the specific manifestations of scientific research cooperation in a virtual academic community.Based on user behavior theories,it discusses the motivation and evolution of scientific research cooperation behavior.The social network formed by the cooperative behavior is visualized and analyzed from two levels:the overall network and the individual network.It explores the influencing factors of community research cooperation behavior and verifies them through the structural equation model.In the end,it provides countermeasures and suggestions on how the virtual academic community promotes scientific research cooperation from the aspects of subject,object,platform,and environment.The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)Research cooperation behavior analysis of virtual academic community.This part systematically explains the concept,connotation,elements and process of scientific research cooperation in virtual academic community.The definition of scientific research cooperation in virtual academic community has laid a foundation for the following research.At the same time,the components of scientific research cooperation in virtual academic community are analyzed from four aspects:subject,object,platform and environment.Based on the status and characteristics of user behaviors in the virtual academic community,the scientific research cooperation process is divided into different stages and the methods and processes of community scientific research cooperation are emphatically studied.In addition,the process of scientific research cooperation and knowledge exchange in the community are intertwined.Therefore,the research also explains the process of knowledge exchange that accompanies the process of scientific research cooperation.(2)Motivation analysis of scientific research cooperation in virtual academic community.User behavior is driven by motivation.For research on scientific cooperation behavior,the user motivation must be firstly well understood.The analysis of cooperation motivation,taking Economic Management House as an example,uses Python software to get community user data,classifies users by level,makes a qualitative analysis on the cooperative motivation of researchers based on social capital theory,social exchange theory,social cognition theory and grounded theory.The motivation factors behind a series of behaviors of users are deeply explored.Meanwhile,a motivation evolution model is constructed according to the different levels of user motivations,and the motivation evolution process of users at each stage is analyzed in detail.(3)Network analysis of research collaboration in virtual academic community.According to the basic concept of social network theory,network relationships and structures between users can often better explain the user behavior.Social network analysis emphasizes the relationship and connection between actors,causing the research on scientific research cooperation behavior from the individual micro level to the macro level.By crawling community user interaction data,the research constructs a relationship matrix,uses Ucinet and Netdraw to visualize the network formed by the users in the community based on the cooperative relationship,analyzes the cooperation network from the perspective of basic attributes,community maps,centrality,'small groups and identifies Opinion Leaders in the community and closely connected small groups.(4)Research on influencing factors of researchers' cooperative behavior in virtual academic community.This research explores the influencing factors of user cooperation behavior.Based on the motivation variables,the social capital variables embedded in the social network theory,and the community platform variables,it also constructs a model of influencing factors of cooperative behavior.Each variable is divided into different dimensions.From the perspective of users,the 'will'variables of scientific research cooperation are decomposed into 'the will of self-realization' and 'the will to satisfy others'.The study collects data through questionnaire surveys for pre-investigations and formal surveys,and verifies with structural equation models.It is proved that personal motivation has a significant positive impact on 'the will of self-realization',social capital has a significant positive impact on 'the will to satisfy others',and a community platform has a significant positive impact on'the will of self-realization'.The cooperation will of 'self-realization' and the cooperation will to‘satisfy others' have both a significant positive impact on cooperative behavior.(5)Research on promotion strategies for research cooperation in virtual academic communities.According to the previous research conclusions,a strategic framework for promoting scientific research cooperation in virtual academic communities is proposed from the four levels:subject,object,platform and environment,which aims at further regulating the external environment of community cooperation,improving the supporting service level and effective guarantee of the platform,promoting the technical conditions of scientific research cooperation an d stimulating the intrinsic motivation of scientific research cooperation of users.The specific strategies include:? enhancing users' willingness to cooperate and play the node role of Opinion Leader at the subject level;?constructing a co-evolutionary knowledge base of subject classification and building a scientific research support system at the object level;? creating a long-term incentive mechanism and constructing a community cultural value system of cooperation and mutual trust at the platform level;? building a technical support system and promoting the property rights system and the results transformation system at the environmental level.
