Research On The Factors Affecting The Cooperation Of Scientific Researchers In Virtual Academic Community

The advent of the era of knowledge economy has made knowledge a decisive force for the development of the era.The creation and development of knowledge is mainly based on scientific research.With the deepening of scientific research,the workload and complexity are increasing,making scientific research cooperation an inevitable trend in scientific research development.The current development of information technology has made the virtual community an efficient platform for communication and cooperation at home and abroad.The emergence and development of the virtual academic community has provided a new platform for scientific research cooperation.It has become an extension and development of traditional scientific research cooperation,making up for many Limitations and deficiencies.Firstly,the virtual academic community has broken the space-time barrier of traditional scientific research cooperation and realized scientific research cooperation across time and space;Secondly,the achievements of scientific research cooperation in the virtual academic community are more focused on the creation and application of knowledge units,and are more flexible and practical than the traditional scientific research cooperation papers,patents and other forms of achievements;Thirdly,knowledge exchange and knowledge sharing,as a symbol of scientific research cooperation,have unique advantages in the virtual academic community,which can effectively improve the level and efficiency of scientific research cooperation.Therefore,starting from an in-depth systematic study of the factors influencing the cooperation of researchers in the virtual academic community,the correct judgment of the virtual academic community's role in promoting scientific research cooperation plays an important role in the survival and development of virtual academic communities.This research selects the scientific research users in the "Management House" BBS of the professional virtual academic community as the research object,and uses the factor analysis method and the structural equation model method to study the influencing factors of the cooperation of scientific researchers in the virtual academic community.Based on the research status at domestic and foreign,and the characteristics and status of the virtual academic community.This article defines and divides the cooperative behavior of scientific research cooperation personnel in the virtual academic community,including knowledge contribution behavior,knowledge acquisition behavior and knowledge interaction behavior.And on this basis,Introduce the UTAUT2 model and modify it according to the specific scenario of scientific research cooperation in the virtual academic community.Delete habit variables and add two variables: knowledge integration and research cooperation selfefficacy,Construct theoretical models and propose research hypotheses.And use the structural equation model to conduct an empirical test,determine the significant factors that affect the virtual academic research cooperation,analyze the magnitude of their influence,and propose specific improvements.The results of this study show that: In the virtual academic community,Firstly,performance expectations,effort expectations,enablers,price value,knowledge integration,and selfefficacy of scientific research cooperation have a positive and significant impact on the willingness of scientific researchers to cooperate;Secondly,the self-efficacy and willingness to cooperate of scientific research cooperation have a positive and significant impact on cooperative behavior;Thirdly,there are positive and insignificant effects of social influences and enjoyment motivations on the willingness of researchers to cooperate;Fourthly,there is a full mediating effect between willingness to cooperate and cooperative behavior,and a partial mediating effect between self-efficacy and cooperative behavior in research cooperation;Fifthly,the age and research experience of scientific research workers have no significant difference in other factors.Finally,according to the analysis results of empirical research,this paper proposes corresponding management measures to provide a reference for improving the cooperation level of scientific researchers in the virtual academic community and the healthy development of the community.
