Research On Impact Excellence Evaluation Of Academic Papers

Excellence-oriented scientific research evaluation is an important topic in the field of science and technology all over the world,and has received sustained and widespread attention.Academic papers play an important role in current scientific and technological evaluation.Academic papers wit h excellent impact are one of the necessary condit ions for the construction of China's "Double-First-Class" and academic discourse power.However,there is still a certain gap between the Chinese academic papers' impact and the world's first-class level.It is urgent to establish a new value-oriented evaluation system for academic papers in pursuit of excellence.Wit h the development of soc ial environment and information technology,academic exchanges and the value expression of knowledge are becoming more and more diversified and complicated.The connotation of the academic papers' impact is further expanded,and the evaluation of academic impact is undergoing profound changes.In this context,it has become an important theoretical and practical issue in current academic research to carry out the research on the evaluation of the excellent impact of academic papers.This study follows the research principle of combining theory wit h practice,comparison with reference,closely links to the research theme of "Impact Excellence Evaluation of Academic Papers ",and follows the logical approach of "asking questions? analyzing problems ?solving problems".In order to form a knowledge system of combining and supporting the basic theory and application practice of the Impact Excellence Evaluation of Academic Papers,the research significance,theoretical basis,basic framework and concrete implementat ion are answered in turn.Specific research contents are as follows:In the introduction,the research significance,research ideas,research methods and innovation points of this topic are summarized,and the literature review of the research is conducted.The first part is the basic theory of this paper.The basic theories and basic methods of the thesis research are discussed and combed,which mainly include scientometrics,scientific evaluation and management.The second part is the theoretical understa nding of the evaluation of the academic papers' excellent impact.Firstly,this paper deeply analyzes the relevant theoretical issues of the evaluation of the academic papers' impact from the connotation and types of the academic papers' impact,the basic methods of the academic papers' impact,and the types of evaluation.Then,this paper analyzes two methods for the excellent evaluation of academic papers from the analysis of the meaning of excellence.Then,this paper integrates the relevant theories;proposes the concept of the evaluation of the academic papers' excellent impact;elaborates the principles,methods and indicators of it s evaluation;and analyses the best suitabilit y of percentile method in evaluating the academic papers' excellent impact.And finally,this paper divides the types of the evaluation of the academic papers' excellent impact,and defines the research object,which is the evaluation of the academic papers' excellent impact at the aggregate level.The third part is the research o n the construction of the framework for evaluating the academic papers' excellent impact.Based on the clear ideas and principles of evaluation,this paper firstly designs an index system for evaluation of excellent impact from both academic impact and soc ial impact;secondly,through combing and analyzing the current evaluation methods of the academic papers' impact,designs an uncertainty evaluation method of excellent impact based on Hypothesis Testing and Confidence Interval for the needs of the evaluat ion of excellent impact,and designs a comprehensive evaluation method of excellent impact based on clustering and FDH through introducing and adjusting the FDH efficiency evaluation method in economic management.The fourth part is an empirical study on t he evaluation of the academic papers' excellent impact based on single index.The evaluation objects of this paper are 33 organizations from the paper of materials science and engineering.Firstly,the paper evaluates and analyses the academic impact from three perspectives,including the whole,the top and the core;and then evaluates and analyses the social impact of the papers of various institutions from two perspectives,including the whole and the top.The fifth part is an empirical study on the compr ehensive evaluation of the academic papers' excellent impact based on multiple indexes.This part combines and simplifies the indexes of academic impact and social impact by factor analysis,and extracts three common factors,which are social impact factors,academic impact scale factors and academic impact efficiency factors;based on the extracted factors,the paper clusters 33 institutions into 8 categories,and analyzes the characteristics of the academic papers' excellent impact of each type of institutions.And finally,this paper uses the FDH method to evaluate 33 institutions,and obtains a comprehensive excellent impact ranking of 33 sets of papers,and analyzes the addit ional information,which provided by the evaluation of FDH.The results of sing le index evaluation and comprehensive evaluation on the excellent impact of academic papers show the effectiveness of the evaluation framework.In the conclusion,the main research conclusions are summarized,and the limitation and future of the research are analyzed.
