Research On The Evaluation Of Internationalization Of China's University

The evaluation of internalization of universities is a project of key importance for the current theoretical research and practices of internationalization of higher education in China. This paper, with university internationalization as core concepts, considers modern universities in China as its research object and takes the functions of modern universities and the essence and elements of higher education as the basis of the research. After comparing the development of internalization of universities both at home and abroad, this paper summarizes six major factors which influence the internationalization of higher education in China from two aspects, namely, the cultivation of talents and scientific research, and constructs university internationalization evaluation index system and model based on these factors and the basic ideas of their analysis. On the basis of this, this paper verifies the efficiency of evaluation model which is adopted by seven universities of science and engineering directly subordinated to the Ministry of Education, and puts forward some countermeasures for the internalization of these universities according to their existing problems so as to provide the internalization of China's universities with a framework of theoretical analysis and practical guiding tool, in an attempt to enrich and perfect the theory of university internationalization.
