Drug abuse is one of the most serious public health problems in the world,affecting the maintenance of global security order.Long-term abuse of METH has led to a sharp decline in the mental health of smokers,and psychological problems such as anxiety and depression,psychological factors play an important role in the generation of relapse behavior.In addition,clinical observations have found that METH may have immunotoxicity,suppress immune system function,long-term drug use leads to immune dysfunction and may lead to increased disease susceptibility,prone to various viral infections.How to effectively improve the appearance of negative clinical emotions in METH addicts,reducing the relapse rate has become a hot topic for many scholars.This article analyzes the factors affecting the mental health of methamphetamine addicts,construct a structural equation model of the relationship among drug addiction,immune function and mental health.Reveals that exercise can improve the mental health of METH addicts and reduce drug cravings.The exploration of these problems have very important theoretical and practical application value,effectively alleviate and improve the negative mood of METH addicts,reduce the drug desire,and have a positive effect on eliminating drug addiction and preventing reabsorption.Part I,Using the overall stratified sampling method,859 cases of male METH drug dependence were selected from 4 compulsory isolation detoxification centers in Bainihu,Hunan Province,and all of them met inclusion criteria,conduct a cross-sectional survey of them.Statistical analysis uses SPSS21.0,AMOS21.0 software.Results:(1)Compared with domestic norms,METH addicts have higher SCL-90 total scores,SCL-90 factors,SDS and SAS scores,the difference is statistically significant after Z test(P<0.01).(2)There is a positive correlation between age,occupation,cumulative time of drug use,drug use mode,drug craving,drug craving,negative reinforcement and mental health indicators(P<0.05),There is a significant positive correlation between marital status and SCL-90 total score,F3,F4,F7,F10(P<0.05).The number of forced abstinences and the amount of drug use are SignificanTly positively correlated with SCL-90 total score,F1,F2,F3,F4,F5,F7,F8,F9,F10,SDS and SAS(P<0.05).There is a negative correlation between medication control and mental health indicators(P<0.05).(3)The cumulative time of drug use,the number of abstinences,DI,NR,and C are the risk factors for the total score of SCL-90(P<0.05);Age,cumulative time of drug use,number of strong abstinence,DI,NR,C are the risk factors for the score of SAS(P<0.05);Cumulative time of drug use,number of strong abstinence,amount of drug use,DI,NR are the risk factors for the score of SDS(P<0.05).(4)Construct a structural equation model of the relationship between psychology and drug addiction,the results show that,medication craving,negative reinforcement,medication control,and cumulative drug use time all had a significant impact on the total score of SCL-90,SDS,and SAS(P<0.01).Summary:(1)METH addicts show many "weaknesses" in population sociology.(2)The low mental health level of METH addiction withdrawal is "normal",and there are more serious psychological problems.(3)There are "differences" in the mental health levels of METH withdrawal patients with different sociological and clinical characteristics.(4)Drug desire,Negative reinforcement,Drug control,Cumulative drug use time and Drug dosage are the main factors affecting the mental health level of METH withdrawal patients.Accumulated drug time had the largest direct effect on psychological symptoms,anxiety levels and negative enhancement on depression levels.Part II.The second part and the third part are the subjects of 105 male METH drug addicts,and the sample size is calculated by Gpower3.1.9.2 software.Before and after exercise intervention,SCL90,SDS,SAS were used to evaluate the psychological indicators of the study subjects,VR-VAS and DDQ were used to evaluate the degree of drug addiction,and ELISA and FCM experiments were used to detect immune function(humoral immunity,cellular immunity,neuroimmunity).Spss21.0 and Amos21.0 software were used for statistical analysis.Result:(1)Construct a structural equation model of the relationship among psychology,addiction and humoral immunity,the results show that,there was significant correlation between humoral immunity,negative reinforcement and depression in meth addicts(P<0.05),there was a significant correlation between self-evaluation of psychological symptoms,medication control,and humoral immunity(P<0.05).(2)Construct a structural equation model of the relationship among psychology,the results show that,addiction and cellular immunity,there was a significant correlation between the cellular immunity of METH addicts and C and SCL-90(P<0.05);there was a significant correlation between self-evaluation of psychological symptoms and C,NR,anxiety level and C;depression level and C and NR were all significantly correlated(P<0.05).(3)Construct a structural model of the relationship between psychology,addiction and neuroimmunity,the results show that,there was a significant correlation between neuroimmunity and medication control,negative reinforcement,and depressive symptoms in METH addicts(P<0.05);There were significant correlations between self-evaluation of psychological symptoms and medication control,negative reinforcement,anxiety level and medication control,and depression level with medication control,negative reinforcement,and neuroimmunity(P<0.05).Summary:(1)Immune function of METH addiction withdrawal is related to addiction,and immune function decreases with the increase of addiction.(2)Immune function of METH addiction withdrawal is related with mental health level,and immune function decreases with mental health level.(3)The model of addiction degree-immune-psychological relationship of METH addiction withdrawal is well fitted.Part III.The object of the study was 105 male METH drug addicts,and the sample size was analyzed using Gpower3.1.9.2 software.According to whether they are depressed and exercise,they are divided into depressed exercise group(DE),depressed inactivity group(DN),and non-depressed control group(NDNE),give aerobic combined resistance exercise for 12 weeks.The sample size became 97 people after exercise intervention.All data analysis uses SPSS21.0 software.Result:After exercise,the psychological index score of DE group was significantly lower than that of DN group(P< 0.05),the DN group was significantly lower than the NDNE group(P<0.05).Compared with the DN group,DI,NR,and VAS were significantly reduced in DE group,and C was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the DN group,the differences in the percentage of CD3+ cells,CD4+ cells,CD8+ cells,and CD4+/CD8+ were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the DE group and DN group,Ig A and Ig G were significantly increased(P<0.05),compared with the NDNE group,Ig G was significantly lower in the DN group(P<0.05).The expression of NGF,BDNF and NT-3 in DE group was significantly higher than that in DN group(P<0.05),the expression of NGF,BDNF and NT-3 in DN group was significantly lower than that in NDNE group(P<0.05);Compared with the DN group,the relative expression of ?rk A and ?rk B in the DE group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Summary:(1)Exercise can reduce the level of METH depression and effectively improve their mental health.(2)Exercise reduces the degree of addiction of METH addicts and enhances their ability to control drug use.(3)Exercise enhances the T lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulin,neurotrophic,neurotrophic factors and receptors in METH addicts and improves their immune function.Conclusion:This study confirmed that drug desire,negative reinforcement,drug control,cumulative drug time and dosage are the major factors affecting the mental health level of METH withdrawal,and the cumulative drug time is the maximum direct effect and total effect.A model of the addiction,immunity and psychology of METH addicts is constructed,indicating that the depression,anxiety and psychological symptoms and cellular immune function,the addiction affects the immunity of body fluid and the mental health.It is revealed that exercise effectively reduces the level of depression and anxiety,thus improving their negative mood regulation ability and improving their mental health levels.At the same time,exercise can reduce the dependence of METH addiction withdrawal,improve their drug control ability,and have a positive effect on drug withdrawal and prevention of relapse.
