The Construction Of The Syndrome And Treatment System Of The Big Six Channels In 《Treatise On Febrile Diseases》based On Yao Hesheng’s Differentiation Three Elements Of Syndrome

the theory of treatment according to syndrome differentiation is treated as the core value of Chinese medicine,but the method is varies(seven principle and one outline).However,the diversity of dialectical methods just leading to inconsistent classification of syndromes,Facing same cases,different doctors may choose different syndrome differentiation methods because their experience and habits,and draw different syndrome differentiation conclusions,then give different treatment methods and prescriptions.as a result,there is a greater uncertainty in the standardization of the application of TCM syndrome differentiation and the objectification of research.Purpose: In response to the above-mentioned problems,this project aims to integrate and communicate with the TCM Syndrome Differentiation Guidelines.Starting from three principle of dialectical elements.Relying on the typhoid disease classification framework included the cause、location and pathogenesis of diseases.Collecting Systematic and sorting of the knowledge system of classic typhoid syndrome classification.Analyzing the logical relationship of dialectical legislation related to "syndrome-principle-method-prescription",and exploring the theoretical basis and practical value of the classification framework of the Big Six Meridians of 《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》.Method:(1)Literature research method: Take the original "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" as the basic material and draw on the past research results of Yao Hesheng and my supervisor,like Yao Hesheng’s posthumous《Outline of Classification of Diseases Related to Treatise on Febrile Diseases》,《Outline of Syndrome Classification of Treatise on Febrile Diseases》,which lectured for postgraduates by mentor’s,and 《Lecture Notes on Treatise on Febrile Diseases》and etc.Refer to relevant monographs on the classification of ancient and modern syndromes,systematically collect and sort out the original syndromes and treatment materials,based on Yao Hesheng’s principle of syndrome differentiation,carry out attribute calibration of relevant syndromes and treatment provisions,with the core of syndrome differentiation,integrates the six meridian,viscera,meridian,three Jiao,Weiqiyingxue syndrome differentiation and other classic syndrome differentiation guidelines to clearly identify the cause,location,pathogenesis,and combined to draw a comprehensive conclusion.(2)Comparative induction: From the logic of the elements of differentiation and the structure of element relationships,compare and analyze each unit of syndrome and treatment,extract and summarize the elements with more complete structure and more precise orientation.(3)Computer technology: Use database Excel table processing technology to index the data structure of the text information of the syndrome and treatment content,Carrying out the structured e ntry of syndromes and treatment elements,forming a database that can cut into the dialectical elements and perform multi-dimensional and composite function retrieval,which is convenient for classification and retrieval from multiple angles,and provides search path which more systematic and clearer.Results: 1.collected systematic 135 relatively independent types of syndromes and treatments in 《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》,Compared with the current textbooks,there are 15 more types of types,and 15 types of syndromes which certificates without prescriptions are supplemented with suitable prescriptions for later generations;the focus is on structural adjustments to the re lationship between types of the entire syndrome system.2.The classification system of the Big Six Meridians based on Yao Hesheng’s three-element principle of syndrome differentiation is presented with specific and detailed types of syndromes and treatments.That is to say,it can be concluded that the six meridian lesions have different types of syndromes such as outer and inner,cold and heat,and deficiency and actuality,making the six meridian syndrome differentiation framework more systematic and com plete,with greater tolerance and wider applicability,and then able to get out of the limitations of typhoid diseases.Expand to areas such as febrile disease,and even internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases.3.The types of syndromes and treatments in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" are demarcated based on the principle of three elements of syndrome differentiation.It is a three-dimensional integrated classification method of cause,disease,pathogenesis,and each syndrome and treatment unit is cali brated more accurately.For example,the Ephedra Decoction syndrome represented by the sun typhoid fever can be expressed as: wind-cold external bundle(cause),solar muscle surface(Diseases),Yingwei stagnation(pathogenesis);this makes the specific differentiation and treatment have a clearer focus.4.Explored a more effective thinking method that connects Syndromes-reason-rule-Prescription.That is,focusing on the three elements of etiology,disease,and pathogenesis,the relevant attributes of the syndrome-theory-method-prescription of each syndrome and treatment unit are calibrated,and through the close connection of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the goal of syndrome differentiation and the identification guidelines are achieved.Correspondence between the main points of levy,legislation and prescription and medication,and the internal relationship between "syndrome-prescription".Conclusion: Based on Yao’s syndrome differentiation method,relying on the three-dimensional integrated disease and syndrome classification framework of cause,disease,and pathogenesis,Taking the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" related syndromes and treatments as specific content,systematically sorted out and summarized a more systematic and structured knowledge system of classification of syndromes and treatments of the Big Six Meridians,showing the rich connotation of change each that the Six Meridians all has external and internal symptoms,cold and heat,as well as deficiency and excess.It can not only reflect the various types of syndromes and treatments involved in the articles of 《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》 in a more systematic,comprehensive,rich and complete manner,but also form a clearer and more logically more accurate classification framework and knowledge system for syndrome differentiation and treatment.The integration and communication of different types of diseases such as typhoid fever and febrile disease,exogenous and internal injuries,etc.,provide extremely meaningful research ide as and innovative paths.At the same time,this topic also explores a kind of internal logic that takes the cause,disease,and pathogenesis as the core,which effectively demonstrate the “ Syndrome-Theory-Method-Prescription"system of 《Treatise on Febrile Diseases》.The analysis method of the factors of syndrome and treatment of relationship provides a kind of thinking method that can be used for reference for further in-depth research on the standardization of the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of the classics of traditional Chinese medicine.
