Objective:With the rapid development of modern science and technology,people’s living standard has been improved rapidly,people are becoming more and more fierce competition in learning,living,working,people with inferior psychological quality,the physical and mental health and quality of life are seriously affected,leading to an increasing number of mental diseases.Due to the lack of proper knowledge of this kind of mental illness,the lack of attention,the lack of prevention and treatment,and the delay,the morbidity and the risk of mental illness and mental illness is rising.From the current situation of anxiety of western medicine diagnosis and treatment,the treatment cycle is long,and the curative effect is not satisfactory,a variety of side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of anxiety disorders,although has the advantages of the stable potency and less side effects,however,the understanding of anxiety disorders in modern Chinese medicine is still not comprehensive enough,and its syndrome types are complex and the rules and methods of treatment are single,which result in the lack of unified standards of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety disorders,curative effect and thus affected,development and constrained.This article collects the understanding of etiology,pathogenesis,common syndromes,rules of treatment and formulas of anxiety disorders in ancient literature,and to conduct a comprehensiveanalysis and a philosophical category,combined with a large number of clinical reports and mentor in the treatment of anxiety disorders six-channel differentiation,put forward to treating anxiety six-channel differentiation as the core,so as to better reflect the internal law of the occurrence and development of anxiety disorders,and make the syndrome differentiation and treatment of anxiety disorders more systematic and standardized,in order to achieve better clinical efficacy.Methods: By hownet,VIP journals related to anxiety,information collection,again by the Chinese medical,the famous basis of library collection and the anxiety related conditions,works,and combining the mentor from the thinking of six-channel treatment of anxiety disorders,sums up the past dynasties doctor treatment for anxiety,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome rule and the general knowledge of the formulas,This paper summarizes the general understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment rules and treatment formulas of anxiety disorders by medical experts of all dynasties,and demonstrates the relationship between six classics and anxiety disorders by referring to the discussion on the related diseases of anxiety disorders by medical books of all dynasties,as well as the pathological mechanism,evolution rules and clinical common witnesses of anxiety disorders caused by six classics diseases.Conclusion: Through this study,it is proved that treating anxiety disorder with "treatise on febrile diseases" with the method of syndrome differentiation can grasp the essence of pathogenesis change of anxiety disorder,reflect anxious disease from qi cent to blood cent develop gradually and affect liver and kidney finally,bring about empty and solid concurrently clip,the characteristic with polyterminal change of the illness.The treatment of anxiety disorder with the method of syndrome differentiation of six channels is effective.
