| Research Purpose: The mechanism of how exogenous causes cause increase,loss and disorder of the three causes in Tibetan medical theory,as well as the rich theory and practice of plague prevention and treatment although reflected in the treatment ideas of many medical doctors,but in actual clinical practice encountered many difficulties and outstanding problems,in view of this,the study focuses on the mechanism of exogenous causes that trigger lesions contained in Tibetan medical literature,using literature research,data mining and network.The study analyzes the definition and classification of external causes of diseases,and the mechanism of how internal and external causes trigger the pathogenesis and sudden poisoning,trauma and evil diseases of Long,Tripa and Pekan,how seasonal and evil-based external causes trigger plague diseases,how to carry out prevention,and the treatment of plague diseases,etc.It provides a reference for the pathogenesis and prevention of diseases in Tibetan medicine.Research Method: 1.The literature based study is focused on the definition and classification of external causes of disease through classical literature anyalisis method and comparative method;the relationship between internal and external causes and disease;the mechanism of how internal and external causes trigger disease;how the plague caused by Don and external causes of sudden onset of Don both are triggered by season,Don disease,diet and living;the influence of ten habits on the classification of plague;the diagnosis and prevention of COVID-19 based on Tibetan epidemic disease thinking,etc.2.The analysis research method was conducted,which is data mining and network pharmacology methods were applied to explore the medication pattern of epidemic diseases,and the effect of Dzadi Ngawa on COVID-19 and its mechanism were analyzed.Research Results: 1.The definition and classification of external causes of disease draws on several classical works of Tibetan Medicine and the content of the science of causation,and external causes are factors that promote and trigger disease.2.The disease edge on the three causes of impact is mainly associated with the stomach fire and microtubules.3.The connotation of plague is diverse,and here it means widely contagious,i.e.,infecting the whole body mainly through the mouth and nose,and the classification is based on the classification contained in the Gyushi combined with its commentary and ancient literature by nature,type,time period,fever The classification is based on the classification contained in the Gyushi,combined with its commentary and ancient literature,there are classifications by nature,type,time period,fever type,disease location,etc.In addition,an analysis of the relationship and distinction between plague,poisonous disease,and non-elimination,which are difficult to distinguish from plague,was conducted.4.The nature,contagiousness,disease potential,classification,and treatment of plague in Tibetan medicine were analyzed in relation to the diagnosis of COVID-19,which is highly contagious at the present stage,and in addition,212 prescriptions for the treatment of plague were collected and compiled mainly from 40 classical documents,including the Four Medical Classics,the Ganluo Baoji,and the Zhigong Medical Collection.The therapeutic effects of Wu Wei Dou Xiao San on COVID-19 were analyzed,mainly on regulating the expression of anti-inflammatory and anti-viral related targets IL6,MAPK8,CASP3,MAPK1,CCL2 and interfering with TNF,IL-17,MAPK,NLRs,CLRs The potential intervention of COVID-19 is achieved by inhibiting the occurrence and development of COVID-19 cytokine storm,stimulating the body’s immune response,and inhibiting viral replication by binding to ACE2 and 3CLpro.Conclusion: 1.The theory of external causes of diseases in Tibetan Medicine is sound,based on which the external causes of diseases are supplemented and improved,especially to clarify their pathogenesis.2.With the change of times,various diseases also occur,and the causes of diseases are generally divided into four categories: season,disease,diet,and living,which are specifically divided into fifteen places,all of which contain external causes of diseases.3.Based on the vast Tibetan medical canon,it is necessary to excavate the diagnosis and prevention prescriptions of plague diseases due to the different perspectives and sites of new infectious diseases.4.Network pharmacology is an important means of predicting whether a certain preparation is effective against a disease,and this method was used to analyze whether the Tibetan Medicine Dzadi Ngawa is effective against COVID-19,and the relevant herb targets,signaling pathways,and drug components.It is a research method to study the mechanism of drug action on the disease based on the characteristics of Tibetan Medicine. |
