Study On The Modern Prevention And Treatment Of Thyroid Nodule Under The Concept Of"Preventive Treatment Of Disease"

Objective(1)Based on the theory of "prevention and treatment of disease",this paper explores the modern prevention and treatment of thyroid nodules.(2)To explore the correlation between thyroid nodule and tongue pulse,to provide clinical support for the construction of modern prevention and treatment system of thyroid nodule,and to provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodule.Method1.Literature researchBy referring to the relevant literature,this paper systematically combs the connotation of the theory of "prevention of disease",the use of later doctors,and the understanding of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on thyroid nodules.2.Clinical researchFrom December 2017 to December 2018,1600 physical examinees were collected from the treatment and prevention center of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital(Sichuan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine).348 patients with thyroid nodules and 200 healthy persons were screened out.The physique identification and tongue vein surface were carried out by using the DS01-A tongue surface pulse information collection physique identification system(20152270428)produced by Shanghai Daosheng Medical Technology Co.,Ltd The collection of image information,the establishment of Excel database,the use of easy statistical software package for statistical analysis.Result1.Literature researchThyroid nodule is a common disease,physical factors,life style,mental emotions are important risk factors for the occurrence and development of thyroid nodule.It can give full play to the advantages of "prevention and treatment",combine with preventive medicine,and systematically build the prevention and treatment system of thyroid nodules.Including: prevention before disease,health care(primary prevention),disease prevention,treatment based on syndrome differentiation(secondary prevention),prevention and recovery after scrofula,consolidation of curative effect(tertiary prevention),community management,hierarchical and progressive intervention,etc.2.Clinical research(1)Among 348 patients with thyroid nodule,166 were male(47.70%),182 were female(52.3%);among 200 healthy people,82 were male(41.0%),118 were female(59.0%).There was no statistical significance between the two groups.(2)Compared with the healthy people,the average age of thyroid nodule was51.5 ± 9.8 years(P < 0.05).(3)Compared with the healthy people,the mean BMI of patients with thyroid nodules was 24.6 ± 3.3(P < 0.001).(4)Compared with the healthy people,the proportion of smoking and drinking history of thyroid nodule patients was 18.7% and 16.9%,respectively(P < 0.001).(5)Compared with the healthy people,The distribution of constitution of thyroid nodule patients was as follows: biased constitution,specifically: Yang deficiency constitution(24.7%),phlegm dampness constitution(21.3%),Qi deficiency constitution(18.7%),damp heat constitution(18.4%),yin deficiency constitution(17.2%),qi depression constitution(14.1%),blood stasis constitution(10.9%),special constitution(5.2%).The proportion of phlegm dampness constitution was different(P< 0.005),the other constitution had no statistical significance.(6)Compared with the healthy subjects,the dark red tongue accounted for 34.7%(P < 0.05),and the other tongue images were not statistically significant.(7)Compared with the healthy people,the proportion of dark red lips was 26.7%(P < 0.05).(8)Compared with the healthy people,the pulse of thyroid nodule patients accounted for 35.3%(P < 0.05),the other pulse were not statistically significant.Conclusion1.Under the guidance of the idea of "prevention of disease",it is feasible to combine the theory of traditional Chinese medicine with modern preventive medicine to construct the prevention and treatment system of thyroid nodules.2.(1)the incidence rate of thyroid nodules was positively correlated with age and BMI index;(2)smoking,drinking and phlegm dampness constitution were risk factors for thyroid nodules;(3)compared with healthy people,the proportion of dark red tongue,dark red lips and pulse veins increased in thyroid nodules,suggesting that blood stasis was an important pathogenesis of thyroid nodules.The prevention and treatment of thyroid nodule is reasonable.
