Knee osteoarthritis has become a common and frequently occurring disease of the middle-aged and the elderly, and it has been included as one of the important public health problems in the world.Improving and alleviating the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis patients is also an important task of modern medicine, which should be intentionally paid great attention and studied in-depth research.Through further systematic observation, comparison, summary and analysis.ObjectiveThis study aims to explore a practical treatment method for knee osteoarthritis, that is unable only improving the clinical efficacy, alleviating the sufferings of patients, but it also adapts to the needs of building a harmonious society, improves the national health and physical fitness, and the life happiness index,so as to find out a suitable method and way for the expansion of the advantages of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese Medicine Contribute to the scientific development of traditional Chinese medicine.According to my master's research,Thai acupoint massage results in a good curative effect that's why the current research on the treatment of Thai's middle-senile knee osteoarthritis with Jin's three knee needles is apparently combined with Thai massage points.Knee osteoarthritis is being studied in clinical continuously. Therefore, there are many researches on Thai massage points that are able in reducing pain and treat numerous types of disease.Traditional Thai massage has a great history for hundreds of years. Its basic technical skills are based on Indian medicine,Ayurveda, yoga and spirit of Buddhadharma which has been handed down from generation to generation.Modern Thai point massage is a kind of skill in Thai society, and it is a science with basic theory. However, there is little understanding of its unique technique in the world. In terms of this research,it is recommended that the characteristics of Thai massage technique observes its curative effect which is combined with Jin's three needles of knee in the treatment of middle-senile knee osteoarthritis,so as to objectively evaluate its efficacy.MethodsDuring the clinical study period, there are a total of 108 cases included in the study process in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion and exclusion criteria of hoof selected cases. For the three groups of RCT study, the sample size between the two groups should be calculated first, and the P value should be corrected to 0.017.Finally,the maximum sample size was calculated between two groups. In this study, according to previous studies,it is set the difference between the effective rate of control group 1 and treatment group as 10%.the difference between the effective rate of control group 2 and treatment group as 15%.and the difference between the effective rate of control group 1 and control group 2 as 6%.Using pass1 5(power=0.1.P=0.017.coefficient of variation=0.50.two-sided test)calculation.6%of the corresponding calculation amount is the maximum, and N1=N2=N3=30.The estimated loss rate was 20%.36 cases in each group and 108 cases in the three groups. Methods 108 cases of pre qualified middle-aged and elderly patients with knee arthritis were randomly divided into control group 1(random number 1).control group 2(random number 2)and treatment group(random number 3).Approximately 108 cases were qualified middle-senile knee osteoarthritis that were randomly divided into 36 cases of the control group 1(Jin's three knee needles)and control group 2(Thai massage points).the treatment group of 36 cases(Jin's three knee needles with Thai massage points).according to the proportion of 1:1:1.Three groups of patients were utilized in different methods of treatment.the control group 1&2 and the treatment group were treated once a day.3 times a week,2 weeks for a course of treatment, continuous 2 courses of treatment.Observation of curative effect is after 2 courses. After the end of treatment, the three groups of patients were assessed by OKS,VAS,Goniometer and modified Thai's WOMAC questionnaire,so as to determine the curative effect.ResultsThe total of 108 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into three groups, the clinical study used SPSS26.0 for statistical analysis baseline data within three groups were comparable X2=1.299.P=0.522,(P>0.05).three groups of patients with the general situation of distribution.study is not scientific and credibility. There was no significant difference in age distribution among the three groups.According to P>0.1,it is considered that the variables conform to the normal distribution.Based on the results of the normal test, the distribution of the normality of the variables among the groups is inconsistent. In order to better unify the analysis.M(P25,P75)and rank sum test are used to describe and analyze the variables.(1)OKS knee pain score:The Oxford Knee Score.OKS was statistically analyzed. The analysis results showed that in the comparison of OKS on middle-senile knee osteoarthritis patients in different treatment periods between the three groups, the OKS of before treated.after the first course of treatment and after the second course of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(H=:0.941,P=0.625;H=0.001,P=1.000;H=1.476.P=0.478).The effects of OKS in different treatment methods for patients are consistentand there is no difference.Use M(P25,P75)to describe, after rank sum test.P<0.001,there are differences in the scores of each treatment index before and after treatment in the three groups of the control group 1&2 and the treatment group at different time periods(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment, the OKS score of the treatment group and the control groups were decreased and the clinical symptoms were relieved.can relieve the clinical symptoms of the middle-senile patients with knee osteoarthritis and help to improve the local function of the patients.(2)VAS score:Among the three groups on middle-senile knee osteoarthritis patients in different treatment periods of VAS questionnaire scores.the VAS scores of different groups before treated.after the first course of treatment and after the second course of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),(H=4.788.P=0.091;H=0.223.P=0.895;H=0.198,P=0.906).The effects of VAS scores in different treatment methods for patients are consistent.and there is no difference.Use M(P25,P75)to describe.after rank sum test.P<0.001.Overall there are differences in the scores of each treatment index before and after treatment in the three groups of the control group 1&2 and the treatment group at different time periods(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment.in the analysis of cardinal data before treatment, the VAS pain scores of treatment group and control group 1&2 were decreased and the clinical symptoms of the middle-senile patients with knee osteoarthritis were relieved, the clinical pain symptoms all improved and help the patients to improve the local function mobility.(4)Goniometer's knee joint mobility measurement scores:After two courses of treatment, the observation results showed that the knee joint angle scores of the treatment group, the control group 1&2 were close to the normal range of motion, and the total score was only statistically significant(P<0.05.P=0.037)compared with the goniometer knee joint range of motion measurement score of the former treatment. The results of pairwise comparison(Bonferroni method)showed that there were differences berween the control group 1 and the control group 2.and between the control group 1 and the treatment group There were significant differences between the two groups(P=0.027.0.025),but there was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05),(H=2.483,P=0.289;H=0.171.P=0.918),Use M(P25,P75)to describe, after rank sum test.P<0.001.Overall there are differences in the scores of each treatment index before and after treatment in the three groups of the control group1&2 and the treatment group at different time periods(P<0.05).There was a change in the range of motion of the knee joint, and the angle close to 180°indicated that there was no pain(141°-180 °)and the more the function of the knee joint returned to normal.(4)The WOMAC score analsis results showed that in the comparison of WOMAC score on middle-senile knee osteoarthritis patients in different treatment periods between the three groups.the WOMAC score of before treated, after the first course of treatment and after the second course of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),(H=0.359,P=0.835;H=1.267,P=0.531;H=0.279,P=0.870).The effects of WOMAC score indicators of the different treatment methods adopted for patients are consistent, and there is no difference.Use M(P25,P75)to describe, after rank sum test.P<0.001.there are differences in the scores of each treatment index before and after treatment in the three groups of the control group1&2 and the treatment group at different time periods(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment, the WOMAC score of the treatment group and the control group 1&2 were decreased, the clinical symptoms were relieved, the knee function recovered in varying degrees, the knee joint pain relieved and walking was improved. The treatment group and control groups can obviously improve the pain of middle-senile with knee osteoarthritis and quality of life.(5)Analysis of clinical efficacy:An ordinal categorical variable after recovery, the rank sum test is selected. After the test.the Z value is 2.057,P=0.358>0.05.Overall,the prognostic effects of the three treatment options were not statistically different.According to the statistics of clinical efficacy,in the treatment group:6 cases(16.67%)were cured.18 cases(50.00%)were significantly effective.10 cases were effective(27.78%)and 2 cases were ineffective(5.56%).The total effective rate was 94.44%with in 34 cases. In the control group 1:4 cases(11.11%)were cured,17 cases(47.22%)were significantly effective,10 cases were effective(27.78%),5 cases were ineffective(13.89%),the cure rate was 11.11%with in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 83.33%with in 31 cases. In the control group2:3 cases(8.33%)were cured.15 cases(41.67%)were significantly effective.11 cases were effective(30.56%),7 cases were ineffective(19.44%),the cure rate was 8.33%with in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 80.56%with in 29 cases. After statistical analysis, the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control groupl&2(P>0.05).ConclusionAccording to the statistical analysis of this clinical research project, the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis in middle-aged and elderly can be improved by Jin's three knee needles points.Thai's massage points and Jin's three knee needles points combined with Thai's massage points.all improve the joint pain of knee osteoarthritis was relief.the knee joint function and steps are close to normal mobility. This study only focused on treatment of middle-aged and elderly knee osteoarthritis there was no statistical difference in the three groups. However, when the clinical research project was carried on.the curative effect of Jin's three knee needles points combined with Thai's massage points is better than single use of Jin's three knee needles points and single Thai's massage points.Single use of Jin's three knee needles points can relieves pain but does not relax.Single use Thai's massage points patients feel comfortable and relax, but pain not relieves. It provides reference for Thai massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and other suitable diseases.Thai massage has obvious fatigue, relaxes muscles, regulates mood emotions and improves exercise control. In addition to the muscle damage, gout, inflammation has obvious curative healing effects. This study hope for Thai massage at home and abroad in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and various diseases will develop the performance characteristics of Thai's medical therapy.
