The training of clinical medical postgraduates is an important form of medical higher education and medical high-level personnel training,is of great significance to the construction of medical education system,the innovation of medical science and technology and the development of medical and health undertakings in China,as well as to the realization of the strategy of strengthening China's education and the strategy of "healthy China".Since the birth of postgraduate education of clinical medicine in China last century,the training mode has undergone several reforms.The Chinese government has actively promoted the reform of clinical talents' cultivation by the collaboration of medicine and education in 2014,two training modes were innovated,and a more complex situation of clinical medical postgraduate training mode in China was constructed.However,the reform has not changed the current situation of "hot top and cold bottom" in the long-term reform of the training mode of clinical medical postgraduates in China;in terms of the innovation of the training mode,the design of reform was not fully adapted to the practice.At the same time,from the perspective of research,There is no systematic study on the characteristics of the reform of clinical postgraduate training mode,the underlying cause for the current reform and how to further deepen the reform.Therefore,It is of great practical and theoretical significance,based on the in-depth analysis of the history and current situation of the training mode reform of clinical medicine graduate,explore strategies and paths for further deepening the reform.In this study,the research object is the reform of postgraduate training mode of clinical medicine,which would be analyzed through the four dimensions of training objectives,training process,training system and training evaluation.The study will make use of various research methods such as historical research method,comparative research method,case study method,etc.Meanwhile,the measures and experience of the construction and innovation of the clinical medical postgraduates training mode in Germany,the United States and other western developed countries are actively used for reference.Based on the theoretical background of system analysis and development framework theory and the theory of self-governance,the study analyses the historical evolution and problems of clinical postgraduate training mode in China and proposed macro strategy and practice scheme to further deepen the reform.At present;the training mode of clinical medical postgraduates in China is complex and diverse.This study finds that no matter whether it is the emergence of innovative mode or the continuation of historical mode,the characteristics of institutional change reflected in the reform of training mode are always mandatory and gradual,and the active promotion at the government level has not been actively responded by the most important subject of clinical medical postgraduate training Medical Colleges and Universities.Moreover,from the four dimensions of training model analysis,there are different problems.In terms of training objectives,the problems are the duplication under different training models and the inconformity between medical colleges' inner objectives and practice.In terms of training process,unbalanced process may lead to unsatisfactory results for training purposes.In terms of training system,it may be trapped by inadequate collaboration with government system as well as lack of internal system of medical colleges and unviersities.In terms of training evaluation,the main trouble is incomplete evaluation system.Thus,to achieve the purpose of further deepening the reform of training mode of clinical medicine postgraduates,the study puts forward some suggestions.The first level is to deepen the macro-strategy of the reform.It is suggested that the government shall change the previous position and stimulate medical colleges and universities join in the reform actively,Besides,medical colleges shall acted as"independent resource systems" and build an Autonomous governance system through increasing the system supply,developing the contract supplement,constructing the supervision mechanism and so on.The second level is to explore the practical plan of deepening the reform of the training mode of clinical medical postgraduates from the perspective of the Autonomous governance theory,based on the four analysis dimensions of the training mode of clinical medical postgraduates on the basis of the first level.This study reveals the features and law of institutional change and reform of the training mode of clinical medical postgraduates in China by studying the evolution and reform of the training mode of clinical medical postgraduates in China and comparing the construction and innovation of the training mode of clinical medical postgraduates in western developed countries.In the meanwhile,based on the theory of system analysis and development framework,Autonomous governance theory,this study actively expands the theoretical vision of research on the training mode reform of clinical medical postgraduates,and constructs a three-dimensional countermeasure system including the macro strategy and practice scheme to deepen the training mode reform.
