There are many suburban high-speed railway stations in China.In order to improve the traffic accessibility of suburban high-speed railway station and make full use of the driving effect of high-speed railway,most cities along the line will choose to build new towns(districts)around the suburban high-speed railway station.At present,the development mode of high-speed rail new town is relatively single,and the positioning of financial or business new town is generally adopted.However,for the high-speed rail new areas of most county-level cities,they do not have the possibility of becoming financial or business centers,because the daily passenger flow of highspeed rail stations is small.At present,China is in a critical period of transformation and development,so we should further play the positive role of scientific and technological innovation in promoting sustainable economic development.Especially in the current situation of weak world economy,urgent technical blockade in Europe and the United States,and severe impact of domestic and foreign epidemics,we should not only increase investment to boost domestic demand,but also ensure the high quality of economic growth.The national infrastructure policy should play a good role in guiding resource allocation.The purpose of the high-speed railway science and education new town mode studied in this paper is to give correct guidance to the capital circulation from the land and space development level,increase the diversity of domestic innovation system,and improve innovation efficiency,which has positive practical significance.Starting from the general law of the distribution of innovation active areas at home and abroad,this paper first studies the spatial coupling phenomenon between high-speed railway station and science and education cluster,analyzes its internal mechanism,measures its effect with economic model,and expounds the feasibility of high-speed railway science and education new city model.Then,on the basis of deep analysis of knowledge-based economy mode,using the method of social space network analysis,the field coupling mechanism of collaborative operation of all kinds of innovation space in high-speed railway science and education new town is expounded.Finally,on the basis of multi-agent simulation model,combined with practical cases,this paper expounds the main functional space types,design requirements,spatial layout rules and land proportion structure of high-speed railway science and education new town,points out the scarce space capital content that needs to take supporting policies in the development process,and systematically puts forward the practical methods of each link in the development of high-speed railway science and education new town The practice of high-speed railway new town in Nanyang city has carried out theoretical application.Based on Bourdieu's field theory,this paper forms a new research idea of urban spatial design,which is based on the political and economic methods.The spatial coupling mechanism of high-speed railway network and science and education system,the multiple integrated circulation mechanism of innovation field,the network analysis method of "Society + space",the multi-agent simulation model method,and the spatial capital analysis framework are put forward,which have certain theories and methods Innovation.Starting from increasing the economic and social value of high-speed railway new city space design,this paper systematically constructs the mode of high-speed railway new city of science and education from two aspects of principle and practice,which has relatively extensive application value and practical reference significance.
