| Green circulation is a combination of series complicated activities with the main goal of resource intensive,environmentally friendly and sustainable under the condition of green development.The history of the development of circulation shows that commodity circulation have developed to be the socialized circulation,more intangible,flexible,and superior elements have been included in the circulation process.Commerce,logistics,information and finance have been separated from the commodity circulation and jointly propped up the commodity circulation in modern market economy.With the rapid development of the commodity economy,the scale and speed of circulation has been improved dramatically and promoted circulation activities to be a more important driven force for economy development.At the same time,the circulation activities are further integrated with the green economy and gradually show the characteristics of green development,and then gradually evolve into green circulation activities.At present,papers related to green economy are numerous,but the theory tangled with sustainable development,low-carbon development and ecological economy.So far,there isn't exist a comprehensive and authoritative green circulation theory that integrated various green concepts,which provides an opportunity for research and construction of green circulation theory.Therefore,construct a green circulation theory that integrated green economy and circulation industry and examine the performance of green circulation practice in China have both theoretical and practical meanings.In order to achieve the purpose,this paper uses the literature research method to comprehensively understand the research status and frontier hotspots related to green circulation theory,and refine the core ideas and definitions based on the previous study.Analyze the characteristics,links,development requirements of green circulation by means of qualitative analysis,try to answer the questions about what green circulation is and how to develop.Using mathematical analysis,such as entropy method,measurement statistics,gray correlation analysis and other quantitative research methods,measure and test the performance and related relationship of China's green circulation practice as a whole,all links and subsystems,analyze the key factors for the rapid improvement of the level.After fully theoretical and empirical research,the main conclusions of this paper are:(1)Green circulation is not the same as the green economy.Green circulation is based on the concept of green development.The green economy generally contains green circulation,and green circulation has laid the foundation of the green economy.The two present a relationship of mutual tolerance and promotion.(2)Green circulation theory is founded based on many comprehensive theories.The operating subsystem consisted of green business and green logistic,the support subsystem formed by information,finance and reused material,constructed the main content of green circulation activities.Efficiency,harmony,recycling,low consumption,and sustainability are practical requirements for green circulation.(3)Green consumption driven is the most important principle about the operation of the green circulation mechanism.Government behavior,market mechanism,technological progress,and resource constraints also play a big role in the mechanism.Green activities in accordance with the law of market economy,and have the necessity of their existence and development.(4)Between 2000 and 2016,the performance of China's green circulation practice showed an overall increase,and sometimes fluctuated.Industry structural transformation,increase of foreign investment,promotion of green development,international financial crisis and EU debt crisis have all affected the green circulation at different period(5)Differences exist among subsystems and main links of green circulation practice in terms of greening improvement and affectiveness.The circulation of primary materials has lengthened the capital circulation time due to overcapacity,and the non-significant connection with the circulation of reused materials weaken the green conduction effect between the two process.The high level of energy consumption,total logistics cost,and business cost in the circulation of living materials also restrained green transformationThe above research expands the research scope of green circulation and conducts a more comprehensive examination of green circulation theory and practice.In the end,this paper takes green development as the basis for value judgment,focuses on refining the green ideas among relative theory,organically integrates the green development concept into circulation economics,and initially forms the framework of the green circulation theory which based on the elements circulation cycle between economic,social and natural system.The study also confirms the development mechanism of green circulation driven by green consumption,demonstrates the basic role of market economy in promoting green circulation practice,and proves the necessity of green circulation activities in the modern economic system.An index system that reflects the overall level of China's green circulation practices and the development level of each link and subsystems has been constructed,making it possible to measure the development results of China's green circulation on each year.It has formed a new analytical framework for researching green circulation activities based on green business,green logistics,green information,green capital and reusable materials,which provides a theoretical basis for the green development of various sub-sectors in the circulation economy. |
