And formed four pattern: agriculture urbanization, tourism urbanization, green urbanization and Construction of the county with reclamation.In order to having a better understanding of development in Heilongjiang reclamation, this research obeys the principle of scientific, dynamic, maneuver ability and typification, applies the Delphi and AHP, formed evaluation system of urbanization in Heilongjiang reclamation. Forms the comprehensive evaluation indexes system of the urbanization in Heilongjiang reclamation. And by applying the five 2nd indices: economic urbanization, social urbanization, demographic urbanization, lifestyle and environment urbanization, and fifteen 3rd indices, to count out the level of urbanization in Heilongjiang reclamation.
