With the continuous rise of economic globalization and service outsourcing,the service economy and service industry have developed rapidly.As one of the important industries of the service industry,various aspects of the logistics industry have undergone a series of profound changes.As a high-level integrated management mode of modern logistics,logistics service supply chain has attracted the attention of scholars.In order to avoid the “double marginalization effect” and the “bullwhip effect”,logistics service integrators need to adopt appropriate incentives to coordinate decisions on conflicts of interest in the logistics service supply chain and achieve pareto improvement in the supply chain.As a potential risk factor in the logistics service supply chain,reliability is also a key indicator for customer evaluation service quality,which directly affects the operational efficiency of logistics service supply chain and the core interests of logistics service providers.At present,some research results have been published on the reliability of the logistics service supply chain,but a systematic research system has not yet been formed.Therefore,based on the reliability factors affecting the supply chain factors such as structure,cost,price,supply capacity and service demand in the logistics service supply chain,combined with the reliability engineering theory and the contract coordination mechanism,this paper proposes an optimized system reliability analysis method for logistics service supply chain,and gives the contract design of logistics service supply chain considering different reliability situations.Through the optimization of logistics service,the goal of logistics service supply chain coordination is realized.It has important theoretical and practical significance.The main research works are conducted as follows.First,the contract design and decision-making problem of logistics service supply chain considering reliability is presented,and the theoretical framework of problem research is proposed.It mainly concludes the following three aspects:i)The basic theories of the connotation characteristics,formation motivation,structure model,operation process and managm-ent of logistics service supply chain are expounded,and different logistics modes are compared.ii)The basic concepts of the basic concepts,influencing factors and system analysis of logistics service supply chain reliability are clarified,and reliability engineering theory and system reliability analysis methods are discussed.iii)The specific connotation of logistics service supply chain coordination and the characteristi-cs of contract design are analyzed.The related basic supply chain contract,game theory and method model are presented.The above theoretical research work has made the research on the contract design of the logistics service supply chain considering reliability to form a complete theoretical system,and also provides a solid method foundation for the extension and application of research problems.Second,two reliability analysis methods of the complex logistics service supply chain systems are proposed.It mainly concludes the following two aspects: i)Aiming at the reliability analysis of multi-level logistics service supply chain system,a system reliability analysis method based on GO method is presented.First,the principle of GO is used to define the operator description in the supply chain system.Secondly,a GO graph model of multi-level system is constructed.Finally,the reliability,minimum cut set and importance analysis of multi-level systems are given by GO operation.ii)Aiming at the reliability analysis of multi-state logistics service supply chain system,the reliability analysis method of polymorphic system based on fuzzy bayesian network is presented.Firstly,the fuzzy theory is used to describe the state of the supply chain system and its fuzzy probability.Secondly,the DAG and CPT is used to explain the fault correlation mechanism between logistics service providers.Finally,the state fuzzy probability,reliability,related posterior probability and importance analysis of polymorphic systems are calculated by bayesian algorithm.Some research results are follows: i)The GO method can not only give accurate calculation of the reliability of the multi-level supply chain system,but also provide qualitative analysis and importance solution for the reliability of the whole process.ii)The fuzzy bayesian network can process the uncertain information in the multi-state supply chain system,simplify the reliability analysis process of the system and improve the calculation efficiency and accuracy.At the same time,it can make full use of the relevant empirical data in the supply chain to improve the system reliability.Sexual weakness provides methods and basis.Third,two contract mechanisms for logistics service supply chain considering the reliability of logistics service providers are proposed.It mainly concludes the following two aspects: i)Under the information asymmetry,based on the principal-agent theory,the supply chain optimization contract considering the unilateral reliability of the logistics supplier is established,and the influence of supplier reliability on the supply chain factors such as profit,logistics order quantity and benefit distribution is discussed.ii)Considering that both logistics service providers have basic reliability,a supply chain coordination contract considering the reliability of both logistics service providers is established,and supply chain factors such as supply chain profit,logistics demand,service price and service provider reliability under different decisions are given.Moreever,the impact of basic reliability on supply chain decision-making and the applicability of coordination contract are analyzed.Some research results are follows: i)Reliability has an important impact on supply chain factors such as supply chain profit,logistics price,customer demand and service quality.ii)The contract mechanism based on principal-agent theory can improve the conflict of interest among logistics service providers under information asymmetry and improve the efficiency of supply chain.iii)The revenue sharing contract considering the reliability of both logistics service providers can make the supply chain coordinate,the basic reliability can promote the reliability that both parties can achieve,and the coordination contract expands the positive effect,and there is a profit distribution interval to make the supply chain achieve Pareto optimality.Fourth,The coordination decision of logistics service supply chain considering supply chain reliability under the dual uncertainty of supply and demand is proposed.It mainly concludes the following three aspects: i)Assume that both logistics supply and customer demand are affected by supply chain reliability,and logistics integrators have a fully reliable backup supplier.ii)Two basic decisions of the supply chain are given,and a supply chain coordination contract combining reliability cost allocation and out-of-stock punishment is proposed.iii)According to three different decisions,the ordering strategy and reservation strategy of the logistics integrators,and the output strategy and pricing strategy of the logistics providers are analyzed under different reliability levels.Some research results are follows: i)When reliability is low,logistics integrators will use two logistics providers to mitigate the negative impact of supply and demand uncertainty.ii)The wholesale price of logistics has upper and lower limits to maintain cooperation between logistics service providers.iii)Reliability has a great impact on logistics providers.When reliability is low,logistics providers may not be able to obtain positive profits and will stop logistics supply.iv)The applicability of coordination contracts is related to supply chain reliability,supply uncertainty,and penalties.This dissertation studies the contract design problem of logistics service supply chain from the perspective of reliability,aiming at alleviating the interference of uncertain risks on supply chain decision-making,coordinating conflicts of interest among logistics service providers,and encouraging both parties to maintain high reliability while improving logistics service level.The research work in this paper can provide reference and guidance for the theoretical support and practical application of the research on the coordination of logistics service supply chain considering reliability.
