In recent years, with the increasing logistics outsourcing and the frequency of various emergencies, people pay much attention to supply chain reliability. Logistics Service Supply Chain (LSSC) as one of the relatively active fields in the service supply chain research, formed gradually along with the continuous development of logistics service industry. Logistics Service Supply Chain is made up of many interest entities, with characteristic of demand uncertainty and low stability, its efficient operation is based on reliable operation among each member company. Therefore, this paper study the related problem of reliability of Logistics Service Supply Chain deeply based on the existing theory of the reliability of the supply chain. which has caused high attention on the supply chain reliability problems. Logistics Service Supply Chain as one of the relatively active fields in the service supply chain research, formed gradually along with the continuous development of logistics service industry. Logistics Service Supply Chain is made up of many interest entities, with characteristic of demand uncertainty and low stability, its efficient operation is based on reliable operation among each member company. Therefore, in order to make the efficient and stable operation of LSSC, we must take the appropriate methods and techniques to improve system reliability. Currently, literature about the reliability of the service supply chain are few, and more are about analysis of its operational performance, and basically has not been involved in reliability diagnostic studies for logistics service supply chain. This paper combined with the structure model and operation characteristics of logistics service supply chain, through the use of performance index calculation model and the efficiency factor model in the contribution degree model, study the relationship between the reliability and the efficiency of LSSC, to lay important realistic significance and theoretical foundation for the related research of LSSC reliability.The paper proposed a LSSC reliability diagnosis method on the basis of fault tree analysis (FTA) for the LSSC reliability problems, and establish LSSC reliability diagnosis fault tree model by using the basic principle of fault tree analysis. Analysis the LSSC system failure fault tree qualitatively and quantitatively, by solving the minimum cut sets, as well as the comparison of important degree of magnitude, conclued the main factors which leads to LSSC system failure. Fault tree analysis method is a kind of qualitative model which can do quantitative calculation very easy in essence. Therefore, can use the fault tree analysis method to analysis the reliability of LSSC quantitatively.It’s difficult to obtain some basic events data which related to the reseason of LSSC system failure. Therefore, based on the reliability diagnosis analysis of logistics service supply chain which based on the traditional fault tree analysis, this paper use triangular fuzzy function to represent the basic event probability, and use fuzzy fault tree analysis method to optimize the model furtherly. By calculate fuzzy importance of each basic event and the confidence interval of the top event in the model, then gets the weak links of the LSSC system, and gives the specific improvement measures of the reduction of logistics service supply chain system failure. The application of this method provides a new research thought to logistics service supply chain reliability diagnosis which under the condition of uncertain information.Finally, this paper uses an automobile logistics service supply chain as the research background, applies and analyzes the diagnosis of logistics service supply chain reliability based on the fault tree analysis method. Based on summary the main related factors of logistics service supply chain system failure which got from the application of fault tree analysis method, analysis the correlation relationship between the reliability and the threatening of logistics service supply chain, establish multiple attribute assessment of automaker threat degree model which faced the reliability of LSSC, and obtains the automaker threat degree and sorting. The related research results helps logistics service integrator to adjust the member enterprise on the chain timely, preventive measures, provides a basis for improving its system reliability and security.
