Research On The Headquarters Economic Development Of The Main Central City In China

China is in the accelerating period of urbanization process,population and economic obviously trend to the urban agglomeration and the center city of Chinese three economic circle.China's urbanization of the city has made rapid development,the developed traffic network,and gradually improve the system of the city and gradually close correlation between economic development,economy integration began to merge in a certain area of the city,the development degree of the association between the city continue to strengthen.With the deepening of the division and specialization of regional economy and the rapid development of regional economy,the agglomeration of economic factors is becoming more and more obvious.The scope of agglomeration is more and more extensive.In the next 10 years,China's economy will be in the stage of high quality development,and the most prominent feature of Chinese economic and social change will be the prosperity of the city.The 16 th national congress report has proposed that urban agglomeration should be taken as the main body to construct the urban pattern of coordinated development of small and medium-sized cities and small towns.As the core of the city group,the central city of our country future development,has become China's important scientific advance planning the premise of the development of the city group.The headquarters economy is an important strategic choice for the industrial upgrading and economic transformation of the central city.Headquarters economy is a high-level economy which can achieve optimum coupling between enterprise value chain and regional resources endowment.It also realizes optimal allocation among different resources in the same enterprise through the separation of enterprise headquarter and manufacturing base,then the regional economy can be characterized by scale,gregariousness and speciality.After thirty years of reform and Reform and Opening-up,core competitiveness and comprehensive strength of Chinese central cities achieve a qualitative leap,happened to turn the world upside down,change the appearance of the city,substantial growth in space scale,headquarters economy has been considerable development.But after experiencing a high-speed development stage,the development of China's central cities is facing bottlenecks,such as irrational industrial structure,low industrial added value,and underdeveloped service industry,lack of effective guidance and control,and inefficient utilization of urban space.As the backbone of modern economic system and the advanced form of Industrial Development,headquarters economy is of great significance to the construction of the urban industrial ecological circle,the improvement of the development level of the central city and the overall development of the regional economy.This paper combines methods of quality and quantity to analysis.Therefore,this paper chooses the degree of the central city headquarters economic development as the breakthrough point.By measuring the local cities development degree of the headquarters economy in five urban agglomerations with geographical representation,such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Chengdu-Chongqing and Shenyang Econimic Zone,it is concluded that the five central cities in Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Nanjing,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Chongqing,Chendu and Shenyang are in the core position in the development degree of the headquarters economy in urban agglomerations and they gather the highest level of the headquarters economy in the urban agglomerations,attracting the headquarters economy and related resources.Then,through the empirical analysis of nine central cities,such as Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Nanjing,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Chongqing,Chendu and Shenyang,this paper analyzes the key elements of government resources,opening-up,livable environment,business infrastructure,human science and technology research and development,calculates the core elements that affect the economic development of the headquarter economy of the central city,and puts forward the suggestions for decelopment of the headquarter economy in the central city.This article is divided into 6 chapters,and the structure is as follows.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the background,the concept of headquarters economy in central cities,the significance,the method and the shortcomings of the article.The second chapter is a summary of related literature,summarizing and analyzing the related theories of the economic development model of the central city headquarters at home and abroad.The third chapter analyzes the theoretical basis of central city headquarters economic development,analyzes the distribution and development characteristics of central cities and headquarters enterprises,and puts forward the theoretical basis of central city headquarters economy.The fourth chapter is central city headquarters economic development index measurement.First,put forward the main indicators to measure the development of headquarters economy.The economic development index of the headquarters of the key urban agglomerations in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Chengdu-Chongqing and Shenyang Economic Zones is measured by using the method of location entropy.Finally,nine central cities with the best economic development of the headquarters of the five urban agglomerations were selected,namely,Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Nanjing,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Chongqing,Chendu and Shenyang.The fiveth chapter is the empirical analysis of influencing factors of headquarters economic development in central cities in China.Firstly,the index system of influencing factors of headquarters economic development in central cities is constructed.Five principal components,namely five core influencing factors,are reduced by using principal component analysis.The panel data individual fixed effect model is used to analyze the influencing factors of headquarters economic development in central cities.This paper makes an empirical analysis of the factors influencing the economic development pattern of headquarters in nine major central cities: Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Nanjing,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Chongqing,Chendu and Shenyang.By measuring the influential factors of headquarters economic development in five major central cities,the paper puts forward the core factors influencing the headquarters economic development of major central cities in China.The sixth chapter is the countermeasures for headquarters economic development in China's major central cities.Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis of the previous paper,put forward in expand the degree of regional opening up,turn the transformation of government functions,improve the ecological livable environment,pay attention to the construction of business infrastructure,strengthen people.In order to give full play to the leading role of headquarters economic development in China's regional economic development,countermeasures and suggestions should be put forward,such as reducing government intervention,breaking market barriers,and improving laws and regulations.
