The implementation of the strategy of "The Belt and Road" will greatly enhance the economic,trade,scientific,cultural and social relations between China and ASEAN.With the advantage of China's capacity and high-tech enterprises to improve the export capacity of ASEAN technology,China's high-tech enterprises actively layout of the ASEAN international market,these Chinese multinational companies set up in the ASEAN sub-companies become an important channel for China-ASEAN transnational technology transfer.Successful transnational technology transfer is the key to the survival of multinationals' overseas subsidiaries in the fierce global market competition.However,the transnational technology transfer is highly complex and dynamic,which requires huge cost and resources of the organization.Even so,it is difficult to guarantee the effectiveness.Chinese enterprises in transnational operation process of ASEAN,is also facing the problem of how to effectively manage technology and how to realize the transfer of international technology efficiency.To clarify the China-ASEAN company's internal technology transfer mechanism has important practical significance to both Chinese enterprises in ASEAN business activities and the implementation of effective technical management and knowledge management.This paper reviews the evolution history and the whole research framework of transnational technology transfer from macro perspective,and reviews and evaluates the relative theory evolution of MNC internal technology transfer.The research found that(1)the existing literature is almost related to MNC technology transfer research in developed countries and technology transfer between developing countries has not yet been concerned about;(2)the research on affecting factors is much more than the discussion on influence mechanism among factors(3)the comparative study between north-South and South-South technology transfer is also worthy of deep researching.With reference to the research results of transnational corporations,international technology transfer theory,technology potential difference theory and organizational learning theory,this paper studies the factors influencing the transnational technology transfer between China-ASEAN mother and subsidiary companies,and makes a theoretical and empirical study on the influential factors and mechanism of the transnational technology transfer between China and ASEAN.The research selects five factors as the mediating factors which have generally reached a consensus in the research of "North-South" technology transfer:absorptive capacity,willingness to absorb,interactive activities,the relationship perception and learning culture.Through the analysis of the mechanism and path of the influence of these five mediating variables on transnational technology transfer,this paper constructs the initial mechanism model of transnational technology transfer between Chinese-ASEAN international companies,and puts forward the corresponding hypotheses.The questionnaires are conduct to the local employees of the Chinese affiliates in ASEAN.The PLS-SEM statistical method is used to test the hypothesis and the initial mechanism model,and the model is revised according to the test results.At the same time,in order to carry on the comparative research,this article has also collected 103 effective sample data from the foreign multinational companies in China to carry on the model comparison.It is found that there are large differences in the mechanism of transnational technology transfer between the China-ASEAN international companies and foreign international companies in china.The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)The five intermediate variables extracted in this paper mediate the influence of technology attributes on the effect of technology transfer;(2)In the process of transnational technology transfer between China and ASEAN,learning culture is the most important factor influencing the effect of technology transfer.The influence path has a direct influence on the effect of learning culture on technology transfer.At the same time,learning culture can also indirectly promote the effect of technology transfer by absorbing willingness.(3)Absorptive capacity is also one of the important factors that influence the effect of technology transfer.The effect of absorptive capacity on the effect of technology transfer is achieved by increasing absorptive willingness.(4)In contrast to the China-ASEAN model,relational perception is the most important factor influencing the effect of technology transfer in the process of transnational technology transfer of foriegn companies in china.Relational perception becomes the convergent export of the other four intermediate variables,and ultimately affect the effect of technology transfer.(5)In above two different situations,interactive activities have a strong impact on the relationship perception.Whether the Chinese subsidiary in ASEAN or multinational subsidiaries in China,if more frequent interaction between the parent company and child company's employees can increase the level of trust,and it is easy to form a positive relationship perception.
