Research On Technology Transfer To China By Multinational Corporation From Game Theory View

Technology has been a key factor to promote economic growth and to enhance our country's international competitiveness. Many facts indicate that, if we can not reduce the technology gap with the developed countries, our economy can hardly obtain a sustainable development. Lack of capital, weak technological base and poor bearing capacity of the risk , all these result in inadequate technical development capabilities and low ability to innovate. Rely only on our own innovation and technology can not effectively promote rapid economic growth and upgrade the industrial structure and change the mode of economic growth. Then the adoption of advanced technology from foreign countries is an important way for our country to achieve technology progress.The thesis takes contemporary multinational corporation technology transfer as research object, synthetically utilizes game theory to discuss the influence factor of multinational corporation technology strategy. First, the thesis discusses the present situation and the existence question of multinational corporation's technology transfer to China, and points out the game theory is an effective analysis tool to study technology transfer strategy. Next, the thesis analyzes the current purpose of introducing foreign capital into China, analyzes the transfer of advanced technology between transnational corporations and our government by game theory, and studies how to introduce specific policies to distinguish between high-quality and low-quality foreign investment. Then, studying on technology transfer between multinational corporations and multinational corporations by the static and dynamic game, and advises that we should attract many multinational companies in each industry investment. Finally, the thesis puts forward corresponding policy recommendations for our country to utilize technology transfer to accelerate our technology development.
