contents and conclusions are as follows:First,the theory of agricultural products quality management are reviewed.Including the basis of relevant theories thesis and so on.Including an analysis of the the basis of standardized quality control of agricultural products were analyzed.Including the standardization of basic agricultural products quality management,as well as all stages of agricultural production and quality standardization management analysis.Third,the status of production and quality control of agricultural products of Fujian Province to carry out analysis.Including:production status and quality management Fujian characteristic agricultural analysis,production resource base,production status,quality characteristics of Fujian agricultural problems and their causes,the quality of management and performance management to carry out analysis.Fourth,the penetration characteristics of standardized production of agricultural products in Fujian were investigated and analyzed.Including:Investigation of Fujian characteristic agricultural standardized production penetration,and calculate the value of five standardized production penetration characteristics of the vegetables to individual farmers operating mainly standardized scale intensive cultivation of poor,the quality of the controlled weak,resulting in the weak industrial competitiveness and the
