WSNs(Wireless Sensors Networks)are ad hoc networks via multi-hop wireless communications connection of a large number of micro-sensors deployed within the monitoring scope for specific monitoring purposes.NB-IoT(Narrow band-Internet of Things)is a mobile low-speed access network with universal network coverage,which has developed rapidly in recent years along with cellular mobile networks.Characteristics include large capacity,low power consumption and strong penetration.Considering the quick development of Internet of Things technology,the latest research proposes further study of applying NB-IoT technology to WSNs.The advantages of combining these two technologies are obvious,particularly in the sense that establishing a network becomes simpler and a greater number of application fields become available since NB-IoT is a commercial network.The research includes studies on combining WSNs with Application Networks Based on NBIoT technology,research on Packet Forwarding Strategies in NB-IoT and WSN combination networks,research on positioning WSN algorithms based on NB-IoT Up-Links,Node Availability Analysis of NB-IoT Based on Heterogeneous WSNs infected with malware and a glass furnace monitoring WSN system design based on NB-IoT.The research is further elaborated upon in the following paragraphs:Research on Combining WSNs with Application Networks Based on NB-IoT Technology.To solve existing problems such as high system complexity,low security and difficulties in WSN implementation,this research combines the long term development of WSNs and newly-arrived NB-IoT technology,offering a new link-up solution.NB-IoT relies on the cellular wireless communication system,and can ensure low power consumption,low cost,wide area coverage and high capacity.By comparing three alternative schemes,this author proposes a simplified and economically feasible scheme which implements a double mode gateway between NB-IoT and WSNs.The designed NBIoT-WSNs gateway can conduct data conversion and fusion by implementing a different data frame format and decreasing redundant information.To probe security problems of WSNs based on NB-IoT technology,security problems are defined across different layers,such as a perceptual layer,a transport layer,a data process layer and a processing storage and application layer.3)Research suggests the usage of a CFAP security system model,which combines cloud computing and fog calculation for WSNs based on NB-IoT technology.The CFAP model considers the security needs of sensor nodes,a data fusion gateway,NB-IoT transmission,cloud storage and utility software,and refers to the existing security algorithm,as well as sets up a well considered,task balanced security system model for WSNs based on NB-IoT technology.As an example of the application of the technology research listed above,this approach includes combining networks,security,and node positioning and node availability in the face of malware infection.Research on positioning algorithm regarding WSNs Based on NB-IoT Up-Link.NB-IoT is capable of self-positioning by using cellular network services.The NB-IoT mobile cluster header moves among several different positions and can replace static anchor reference nodes in DV-HOP.Based on the DV-HOP algorithm,research suggests using the NBIOT-DVHOP mechanism to combine the NB-IoT cellular network positioning ability and the DV-HOP method.NBIOT-DVHOP uses a single mobile NB-IoT node as an anchor,instead of three static DV-HOP anchors.It moves within a WSN cluster which is innovatively adopted,while the positioning on the unknown position nodes of WSNs is achieved via the positioning and background calculation function of the NB-IoT network.According to a simulation on the MATLAB platform,this mechanism works and gives each point's geographical position.This result can support data collection and merging in the WSN,and also benefits the long-term development of WSNs based on NB-IoT linking.The accuracy of node positioning is affected by the number of unknown nodes,the communication radius,the number of anchor staying positions and the layout of these anchor-staying positions.In the actual positioning process,the strong background calculation capacity of NB-IoT and the long life and low power consumption features of WSN nodes help to optimize the selection for reasonable combinations of parameters to achieve WSN node positioning.Research on Packet Forwarding Strategies in WSNs combination networks based on NB-IoT.Packet forwarding among agents plays a key role in stabilizing across WSNs by allocating tasks and coordinating different nodes.NB-IoT technology brings intelligent nodes to WSNs.In this research,packet forwarding among agents uses evolutionary game theory under the mechanisms of Carrier Sense Multiple Access/Collision Avoidance(CSMA/CA).The research studies the transfer probability of packet forwarding of agents in the idle state or the busy state and computes the probability of packet forwarding for WSNs.When nodes make the decision to select Forward or NoForward strategy,a packet-forwarding evolutionary game model is built to reflect the utilities of different packet forwarding strategies.Two incentive mechanisms are introduced into the game model.One is to motivate agents to strengthen cooperation;the other is to encourage agents to select the No-Forward strategy to save energy while they are in a busy state.The parameter value that encourages an agent to select the NoForward strategy is inversely proportional to the average probability of packet forwarding.The replicator dynamics of the agent packet forwarding strategy evolution are given.The research proposes and proves the theorems indicating that evolutionarily stable strategies(ESSs)can be attained.The results of simulation experiments verify the correctness of the proposed theorems and the effects of the two incentive mechanisms,in addition to the probability of packet forwarding,which assures the robustness of evolutionary stable points among intelligent nodes in WSNs.Node Availability Analysis of NB-IoT Based Heterogeneous WSNs Under Malware Infection.The nodes of heterogeneous WSNs based on NB-IoT are more vulnerable than those of nonheterogeneous WSNs.In order to evaluate the influence of node heterogeneity on malware propagation in NB-IoT Based Heterogeneous WSNs,the research proposes a node heterogeneity model based on node distribution and vulnerability differences,which can be used to analyze the availability of nodes.The research then establishes the node state transition model“SIRLD”(Susceptible-Infected-Recovered-Lost-Dead)by using epidemic theory and the????chain.“Lost status”is specially added to the research according to the development of multi-charge nodes.Further,the research obtains the dynamic equations of the transition between nodes and the calculation formula of node availability.Experiments analyze the influence of node distribution and vulnerability differences in terms of the infection rate and availability of nodes.In summary,through theoretical analysis and practical simulation,this research makes an intensive study on the network model,node positioning,node packet forwarding,and node availability after malicious program infection,and proves the technical feasibility and advantages of building a wireless sensor network based on NB-IoT technology.
