Network Public Space And The Reconstruction Of Rural Publicity

Village public space is the classical problem domain of sociology,anthropology and community communication.The academic circles have rich discussion on the public Spaces of village tea houses,temples and squares.However,most of these studies have focused on traditional closed villages,ignoring the public space problems of "discretization" villages in the context of current liquidity enhancement.This paper studies the mobile network platform of a village,and regards it as the network public space.What is the significance of exploring the public space for the countryside?"Atomization" how villagers can use the network public space to achieve integration.Therefore,this paper answers the question of the process and mechanism of community integration by means of network public space.This article using the micro perspective of public domain,according to Swedish scholars to set(Peter m.ahlgren)analysis of the public sphere structure,characterization and interaction of three dimensions of a network of the western rural public space for research.From the perspective of structure,network public space has become a platform for the competition,cooperation and game between various forces in the village.Villagers gradually formed in the mobile Internet practice medium self-organization,makes the village left-behind elite,outflow of elite and ordinary villagers group to build an open "intermediate organization"-the media organization.They use mobile network media mobilization and action,medium the organization must influence the formation of village power structure,as a result,the village two committees with medium the organization launched a game,eventually formed a collaborative governance pattern of "work";Tell from representation dimension,mobile network platform provides the path for villagers vocal expression,mobile network "of the media" characteristics,the villagers from the "common production" information production pattern generated in rural community news "endogenous" and words of public opinion.The discourse expression in mobile network platform becomes the common culture,emotion and regulation in the village,which is an important factor to construct community identity and belonging.The public medium is the foundation,the joint participation is the path,the common discourse is the core,and finally constructs the community consciousness.From the perspective of interaction,the public action initiated by mobile network platform extends from the network level to the reality level,and the social connection from network construction expands to the real social connection.Therefore,the public communication,public discourse and public action in the network public space integrate multiple subjects into a "field".The villagers from "individualized" to the media "co-exist",through public opinion to form "consensus",and even media joint action.From the three aspects of relationship,identity and action,the social relations among villagers are strengthened.In order to make the villagers go from "private" to"common",the "public" based on "private" is generated on the basis of "common".Mobile network has played the role of "media connection","reconstructive public opinion" and"promotion action",so we call it "media correlation publicit".
