Viewing paradigm contains "what one knows and believes"in a specific period of time,also known as what Bourdieu said about "as the field of belief space'sproduction”,it profoundly reflects the view of the adaptation of particular age and culture.This articlelaunched the narration and thinking about media watchfrom the relationshipbetween these categories."Technology outlook" in contemporary society has become the basic trend of viewing paradigm.The development ofnew media gives birth to a large number of high-tech visual products and electronic media images.The involvement of various new media makes the image impact on human life at a more rapid rate,thus having madeprofound impact on human thinking mode and behavior.They re-shaped the human visual experience.The evolution of technology and the mutual influence of viewing paradigm make the hidden significance of watching begin to appear and become a topic and direction of research.This article is mainly study of how viewing behavior transfers from the nature properties to mechanical properties step by step through inspecting the fact that the evolution of media technology leads to a series of changes of the nature and characteristics of viewing paradigm,on the basis of which summing upall kinds of rules of how the new viewing paradigm changes the way of people perceiveand causes the epoch-making revolutionary transformation of viewing.The article has introduced the research's background,purpose and significance,demarcation of the research scope and related concepts in the introduction part.The first chapter has taken the history ofthe evolution of media technology as a starting point in order to discuss the impact of media technology developmenton viewing paradigm and explore the transitional track of viewing behavior in the process of media evolution.Through this carding,people are increasingly aware of the watching of ours today is different from the ancient ancestors.We no longer face the object itselfdirectly but through a new media and equipment.It is an imagenized and medianized world that has been shown in our eyes.In this process,people's cognitive relationship fortime and space has been changing,the digital technology has a great influence on people's concept of time and space.The second chapter of this thesis,takes it as a point cut.It shows that people pursue visual functions in the infinity of time,space and increase the contact and communication betweenvision and space-time.Through the generalization of medianized watching's characteristics and people's cognition and feelingsformed in the new time-space relations,we can findthat humanshas lost the original meaningin the medianiazed watching process.Based on this topic,the third chapter mainly focuses onlooking throughthe technological and cultural logic of contemporary electronic media to explore thespecific effects media has onthe internal factors of viewing community: viewingsubject,receptive psychology and aesthetic consciousness,etc.Through the argument inthe third chapter,we can see thechange of every "way of watching" represents the change ofa new way of thinking and social and cultural production mode in the way of life.The fourth chapter mainly criticizes the unbalance between viewing subjects and objectsin the current cultural language environment and consequently puts forward the proposal that we should put emphasis on constructing harmonious viewing mode and raise the quality of viewing.In the meantime,this way of thinking may help us realize a new revolution of medianized watching and get out of the misunderstandings of visual culture.At last in the fifth chapter,we have carded and defined the characteristics of medianized viewing in the new media environment,from signiflying to digitizing and from virtualization to datamation,Along with the development of Medianized viewing till today and the mode,relationship,influence and many other changes it has taken on with the influence and changes it brings along.
