A Comprehensive Study On Confucius Poetic

This article focuses on studying systematically Confucius' Poetics.The article is divided into five chapters: Chapter one is a study on the form and compilation of Confucius' Poetics bamboo edition.This part mainly analyzes the problems of blank-leaving and ordinal order in the arrangement of Confucius' Poetics bamboo slips.In the second and third chapter,we make textual criticisms and explanations of the words in Confucius' Poetics.The two chapters have a detailed examination and explanation of almost every key word in the bamboo script text,which is the main part of this thesis.Because of its rich content,we arranged two chapters for our purpose.The fourth chapter is the identification and interpretation of the poems in Confucius' Poetics.This chapter first analyzes and counts the number of poem titles involved in the bamboo script text,and then expounds the meaning and connotation of each poem in its original order.The fifth chapter is the study of the poem form and poetic thoughts of Confucius' Poetics.This chapter focuses on analyzing Confucius' poetical thoughts in the bamboo script text,including discoursing on poems with the principle of “love”,expressing affection implicitly and mannerly.The appendix includes the synopses of the related works and indexes.There are more than 500 research papers and works related to Confucius' Poetics.It is not easy to comprehensively collect and understand these works.For this reason,this article divides these works into four categories.Each category has a brief synopsis,including papers titles,authors,journal titles,the main ideas and academic value of the works.The indexes of authors,titles and key words are attached at the end of the article.The purpose of the synopses is to briefly introduce the content of these works for readers' reference and retrieval.
