My thesis draws out five doubtful cases to study so that to "Peeps a spot to know the overall picture". The five doubtful cases are listed according to time order: Confucius parents were buried together, Confucius consulted Lao Dan about politeness at Zhou, Confucius QiJinggong consulted politeness at Lu, Gongshan Buniu called in Confucius, Confucius killed Shao Zhengmao.Every doubtful case generally has basic structures: Firstly, sum up different opinions. Doubtful case of Confucius consulted Lao Dan about politeness at Zhou, we also think The biography of Confucius is credible. The scholar mostly suspect that it's false about the incident QiJinggong consulted politeness at Lu with Confucius , but they had not found unambiguous evidence that may deny this matter until now. It has the explicit record in Han Dynasty historical books close not far to this matter, and echoes mutually with other chapters of Records of History, In the situation that we has not obtained the evident proof, the procedure "does not record"or "truncates it" is not possible to take. The incident which Gongshan Buniu invited Confucius, has the record in Confucian analects, also supplement to Annals of Zuo mutually. Its record is basic credible except the individual detail errors like age. It has reflected Confucius's achievement in the reality and has preserved precious historical data related Ancient Confucian analects, we can not deny or delete because of the subjective reasons. The document which Confucius killed ShaoZhengmao can only pause in "suspects" stage, because the ancient literatures lack and are difficult to test. It is not persuasive to said that it was "forge".The innovation spots of this article: First, each kind of material which formerly dispersed collects a body, the prosecution about "the biography of Confucius" is made comb systematically. Second, I propose more objective views unifing new unearthed pre-Qin, the Qin and Han dynasty materials as well as people's new understanding to ancient history and ancient literature. Third, The article has organized the massive literature materials, especially profits from the modern achievement, discusses the success and failure about various viewpoint, returns to original state of Confucius, provides the reference for the people who study Confucius and set up the biography for Confucius.
