Objective:Based on "the theory of Wu men medical school luo disease'",the effects of"yishenhuoluo prescription" on TCM syndrome scores,24-hour urinary protein quantification(UTP),serum creatinine(Scr)and eGFR in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3 were observed,To evaluate its effect on CKD3 stage. Methods:From January 2016 to October 2019,100 patients with stage 3 chronic kidney disease from suzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, between January 2016 and October 2019 were randomly included into the treatment group and the control group. Both the treatment group and the control group received the same basic treatment according to the standard requirements. The laboratory results of Chinese medicine syndrome score and 24-hour urine protein quantification(UTP),serum creatinine(Scr),eGFR and so on were observed after 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks of treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate was 91.1%in the treatment group and 84.8%in the control group;2.After 24 weeks of treatment, the total score of TCM syndrome was significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.01),but not in the control group(P>0.05);3.UTP:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at three time points before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)4weeks and 12 weeks(P>0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);4.Scr:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at three time points before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);5.eGFR:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);6.At the end of observation, patients in the treatment group at stage 3a had progressed to stage 3b and CKD4(0.00%),with no change(44.44%),and had reversed to stage d2 and CKD1(2.22%).Control group:stage 3a patients in the treatment group progressed to stage 3b and CKD4(4.35%),with no change(30.43%),and stage d2 and CKD1(0.00%).In the treatment group, stage 3b progressed to stage CKD4(0.00%),and stage 20 remained unchanged(44.44%),and stage 3a and stage CKD2(2.22%)were reversed. In the control group, stage 3b progressed to stage CKD4 accounted for 4.35%,and no change accounted for 63.04%,and stage 3b reversed from stage CKD4 accounted for 2.17%.Conclusion:Based on "the theory of Wu men medical school luo disease","yishen huoluo prescription" can improve the clinical symptoms of stage 3 patients with chronic kidney disease within 24 weeks, reducing the 24-hour urinary protein ration and increasing eGFR can delay the deterioration of renal function to a certain extent, and its efficacy is better than that of the control group.
