Research On Professor Daienlai's Clinical Experience In Treating Chronic Kidney Disease From Damp Heat Theory

Objective: This paper mainly focuses on summarizing the clinical experiences and academic thoughts of the tutor Dr.Daienlai,who insists on treating chronic kidney disease with the damp heat theory.Sorting out the rules of drug use,inheriting its academic thoughts,and providing new treatment ideas for Chinese medicine in treating CKD.Methods: Recorded and organized the daily knowledge of Dr.Daienlai,collected his prescriptions for the patients.Used the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system software to analyzed and summed up the his prescriptions in the treatment of CKD.Finally,systematically summarized his clinical experiences in CKD.Results:First,Dr.Daienlai believes that the basic pathogenesis and the intractable causes of CKD are the poisonous kidney,the heat-evil and the dampness-evil.He advocates the theory of treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease,eliminating dampness and heat and taking good care of lungs,spleen and kidney.Second,Through the collation and analysis of the prescriptions of patients with CKD,who were treated by damp heat method in the tutor's outpatient department.It is concluded that the drugs that with higher frequency of use are Hedyotis diffusa,Scutellaria barbata,Solanum nigrum,Lonicera japonica,and Qingfeng vine.Silkworm,Fritillaria,Fritillaria,Honeysuckle,Atractylodes,Kochia scoparia,Radix Rehmanniae,Campanulaceae,Poria,Poria,Poria,etc.After the classification drugs that are heat-clearing with high frequency of 33.10%,17.40% of the drugs are tonics,12.66% of the drugs are eliminating dampness and diuresis,and 8.04% of the drugs for relieving exterior syndrome.The dampness-transforming medicinal accounts for 7.74%,and rheumatism accounts for 7.39%.Based on the analysis of the rules of association rules,it is concluded that the drugs with higher frequency appear to be Hedyotis diffusa-Scutellaria barbata,Lonicera japonica-Solanum nigrum,Hedyotis diffusa-silkworm,silkworm-Scutellaria barbata,white flower Hedyotis-Silkworm-Scutellaria barbata,Scutellaria barbata-Solanum nigrum L.,Hedyotis diffusa-Solanum nigrum L,Hedyotis diffusa-Lonicera japonica.Based on entropy clustering analysis,10 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusions:First,Dr.Daienlai's theoretical basis for treating CKD with the damp-heat theory is sufficient.The analysis of the drugs that are commonly used meets the academic viewpoint of damp-heat theory.Second,It can be objectively analyzed that Professor Daienlai has certain rules about the treatment of CKD group with damp heat theory through data mining technology.It has rich clinical experience,remarkable curative effect and the important inheritance significance.
