Analysis The Endowment Problem From The Thought Of Filial Piety And Health Preservation Of The Elderly Of Yanglao Fengqin Shu In Contemporary Society

ObjectiveOrganizing the thought of filial piety and health preservation of the Elderly of Yanglao Fengqin Shu,summarizes and analyses the current situation of the social endowment service system and the development of the pension industry,combination with the endowment problem in society and put forward some countermeasures to providing reference for the elderly research and the elderly life quality improve.MethodsBy means of literature review to sums up the background,health-preserving thoughts and filial piety thoughts of Yanglao Fengqin Shu;summarizes the current social pension service mode and the general development situation of the pension industry,from the investigation and research,Analysis the influence factors of the elderly endowment intention and willingness of pension.ResultsThe emergence of Yanglao Fengqin Shu has the influence of the times and cultural factors.The idea of filial piety advocated by the book can be divided into two parts including of a body and cultivate determination content,namely material supporting,serving relatives and spiritual respect for the elderly.when it comes to health preservation reflect the thought of the thought of filial piety and health preservation of the Elderly everywhere.Using software R 3.5.2 to analyze the survey data of "old-age willingness of middle-aged and old people",the results show that 83 people choose self-pension+nursing workers/community service pension(social home pension),accounting for 41.5%,83 people choose self-pension+institutional pension,accounting for 41.5%;while the choice of pension institutions,53 people tends to be public pension institutions,accounting for 63.86%,30 people choose private high-grade pension institutions,accounting for 36.14%,the number of people who choose self-pension+depending on their children(family pension)is relatively small,34 people,accounting for 17%of the total number of surveys.Regarding family pension as dependent variable,a disorderly classification logistic regression was established for univariate analysis.The results show:the community home endowment VS family endowment,variable cultural degree is high,childless care in illness,the OR value is greater than 1 and P<0.05,the pension will tend to community home endowment;Variable economic income of medium and below,live in the suburbs or rural,poor physical condition,living with their children,the OR value is less than 1,and P<0.05,the pension will tend to family pension.Private high-grade health institutions endowment VS family endowment,variable cultural degree is high,childless care in illness,the OR value is greater than 1 and P<0.05,the pension will tend to high-end private health and pension;Variable age,without a spouse,economic income and middle-income,live in the suburbs or rural,poor physical condition,the OR value is less than 1 and P<0.05,the pension will tend to family pension.Public health institutions endowment VS family pension,live in the suburbs or rural,poor physical condition and living with their children,the OR value is less than 1,and P<0.05,the pension will tend to family pension.Regarding family pension as value is less than 1 and P<0.05,the pension will tend to family pension.Public health institutions endowment VS family endowment,variable women,the OR value is greater than 1 and P<0.05,the pension will tend to public pension institution;Variables live with their children,the OR value is less than 1 and P<0.05,the pension will tend to family pension.Conclusion1.Yanglao fengqin shu combine filial piety with health preservation,plays a very important guiding role in the health preservation of the elderly in contemporary society.2.Surveyed middle-aged and elderly people tend to live in the community pension mode,followed by all kinds of pension institutions,depending on their children to provide for the aged at least.3.Gender,age,income level,living area,marital status,caregivers when illness,living with children and other factors are related to the willingness to provide for the aged.Older people,no spouses,middle or low income,living in suburbs or rural areas or living with their children have strong willingness to provide for the aged.When illness,childless care and spouse caregivers tend to live in the community for the aged.4.Women tend to choose home-based and institutional care endowment.That is to say,compared with men,women are more receptive to other ways of providing for the aged besides family pension.5.Combining filial piety with old-age products and services can really improve the life quality of the elderly.
