The Research Of Exploration Of Comprehensive Reform Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Jilin

As unprecedented era of the comprehensive reform of traditional Chinese medicine entering the deep water area,It is an impendency that we should solve some problems,which are find the method to complete the top-level design and to analyze the problems that we faced in the theoretical and practical level,which are to sum up the successful experience and to put forward feasible patterns.In order to solve these problems,we should retrospect to the enssence of traditional Chinese Medicine.We should focus on the theory that man is an intergratal part of nature.We should have unambiguous understandings of the traditional Chinese medicine,which contains value effects,medical management conceptions and patterns,and its improvement.Comprehensive reform of Chinese medicine is to retrosect to legible understanding of Chinese medicine,and then put forward to feasible patterns in line with the developing laws.The research methods in the paper are policy analysis,historical combination and coupling technology by the example of Jilin Province.The main research goal of the comprehensive reform test area is to summarize measures and results in Jilin Province,and to find the internal regularities of the achievements.It provides a reference for comprehensive reform.The paper comes to a conclusion that the government will achieve the goal through th e following methods:by studying successful experience in improving the Chinese medicine,by judging the internal and external environment of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province,and by keeping up with the development trend,and by carrying out the top level design in creativity,and by answering how to in charge of the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine.
