Clinical Study Of Guishao Liujun Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Stage ? And ? Pancreatic Cancer

object:The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy of Guishao Liujun Decoction combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel-based chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with stage III and IV pancreatic cancer,and to analyze and compare it with chemotherapy alone.To observe the effect of Guishao Liujun Decoction on clinical efficacy,tumor index,coagulation function,TCM symptoms,physical condition and safety of patients with stage III and IV pancreatic cancer,and to verify whether TCM can provide scientific basis for multidisciplinary treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer in the future.methods:In this study,a prospective non-randomized controlled study model was adopted.Forty patients with pancreatic cancer of stage III and IV were divided into experimental group and control group.Among them,the experimental group was treated with modified Guishao Liujun Decoction combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel-based chemotherapy,with a total of 20 cases.The control group received only chemotherapy,with a total of 20 cases.Through two cycles of treatment,the recent objective effective rate,tumor index(carcinoembryonic antigen CEA,carbohydrate antigen 199,carbohydrate antigen 125),coagulation index(D dimer,fibrinogen FIB;APTT,PT),KPS score,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions during chemotherapy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed,and the data of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.results:1.after treatment,the disease control rate of the experimental group was 75%(15/20)slightly higher than that of the control group(60%(12/20),but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The results showed that Guishao Liujun Decoction combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel-based chemotherapy had certain advantages over chemotherapy alone.2.after treatment,compared with the control group,the D-D and FIB values of the patients in the test group decreased and the PT values were prolonged,with statistical significance(P<0.05).although the APTT values in the test group were prolonged,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).It is suggested that Guishao Liujun Decoction combined with chemotherapy can obviously improve coagulation indexes and relieve hypercoagulable state of pancreatic cancer patients.3.after treatment,the CA199 value in the experimental group decreased compared with that before treatment,which was clinically comparable(P<0.05).there was no significant difference in the remaining tumor indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that the modified Guishao Liujun Decoction combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel-based chemotherapy is difficult to fundamentally improve the patient's disease progression and poor prognosis.4.the KPS score of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the total score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group decreased significantly before and after treatment,and the total score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the modified guishao liujun decoction combined with chemotherapy based on albumin-bound paclitaxel can significantly improve the KPS score of patients and effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients in TCM.5.Guishao Liuj un Decoction can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of the patients,effectively relieve the main clinical manifestations such as loose stool and anorexia(P<0.05),and has no obvious effect on abdominal pain and hematochezia symptoms(P>0.05).6.Guishao Liujun Decoction can obviously reduce the toxic and side eff ects of chemotherapy on advanced pancreatic cancer,especially in relieving nausea and vomiting(P<0.05),and at the same time it can improve bone marrow suppression and peripheral neurotoxicity to a certain extent(P>0.05),and has not caused liver and kidney function damage and hemorrhage after taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction.conclusion:Guishao Liujun Decoction is effective in improving physical condition,relieving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.It can also effectively relieve hypercoagulable state of blood of tumor patients,reduce tumor index CA199 value to a certain extent,and the combined chemotherapy has better effect.
