Study On The Law Of Theory In Differentiation And Treatment In Treating Water-dampness-phlegm-fluid Retention Disease By Classical Prescription Based On Data Mining

[Objective] With the modern computer data mining technology as the means of the treatment of water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention disease cases published in recent 30 years as the research object,this paper mainly discusses the rule of treating water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention disease by using the classical prescription,in order to further explore the evolution of TCM pathogenesis and the rule of prescription and medicine,to better guide the clinical treatment and improve the curative effect.[Methods] Through consulting the documents on the CNKI,this paper collects the cases of water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention disease published in the past 30 years,strictly according to the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria,and uses the Medcase V3.2 software to establish the data collection and storage database;moreover,using comprehend frequency distribution,associated condition,cluster analysis to focus on defining and analyzing the association between the clinical manifestations,pathogenesis,tongue,pulse and drugs,in the end sum up the result and draw a conclusion.[Results] Of the 1078 patients,509 were males and 547 were females,the oldest is 88 years old,and the youngest is 1 year old.It involves 135 kinds of TCM syndromes.The main TCM syndromes are edema,cough,vertigo,arthralgia,asthma,diarrhea,wheezing and stomachache.There are 226 kinds of syndromes of Western Medicine.The main syndromes of Western Medicine are bronchial asthma,chronic bronchitis,chronic gastritis,Meynier's disease,diarrhea,chronic nephritis and chronic pulmonary heart disease.There are 281 kinds of clinical symptoms.The main symptoms are fear of cold,less diet,fatigue,edematous,cough,chest tightness,thin stool,dry mouth,vomiting,abdominal distension,less urine,dizziness,asthma.The pathogenesis involved 150 items.The main pathogenesis were fluid retention stagnating in the interior,wind-cold fettering the exterior,spleen deficiency,disturbance in qi transformation,retention of water in the body,phlegm in the lung,water wetness overflow,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,liver depression and spleen deficiency,cold dampness obstructing collaterals,splenasthenic fluid-retention,lung qi loss,lung qi inversion.There are 14 kinds of pathological factors.They are wet,water,gas,drinking,cold,phlegm,heat,wind,stasis,turbid,poison,fire,food and dryness.There are 21 kinds of diseases location,including spleen,kidney,lung,stomach,liver,surface,heart and meridian.There are 380 medicine.The main drugs are Poria Cocos,Processed Liquorice Root,Cassia Twig,Raw Atractylodes,White Peony Roots,Ginger,Rhizoma Alismatis,Pinellia Ternata,Dry Ginger,Jujube,and Processed Mankshood.Clustering analysis of water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention disease cases overall record 14 groups of core prescription.Prescription one is Dioscorea pill + Pinellia Ternata and Semen Brassicae,prescription second is Ban Xia Xie Xin Decoction,prescription three is Zhen Wu Decoction + Processed Liquorice Root,prescription four is the original recipe of kidney qi pill,prescription five is Gui Zhi Fu Ling pill removes White Peony Roots,prescription six is Xiao Qing Long Decoction,prescription seven is the original recipe of Chai Hu Gui Zhi Gan Jiang Decoction,prescription eight is the original recipe of Wu Ling Powder,prescription nine is the original recipe of Wu Mei pill,and prescription ten is Chai Hu Jia Long Gu Mu Li Decoction adds some medicine,prescription eleven is Gui Zhi Shao Yao Zhi Mu decoction.[Conclusion] Water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention disease category covers kinds of clinical subjects,modern physicians expand the range of water-dampness-phlegm-fluid retention disease treated by classical prescription.There are a variety of clinical manifestations,part of the pulse did not appear in the "Shang Han Za Bing Lun".Pathological factors are mainly wet,water,drinking and phlegm.They are often associated with various pathological factors such as air,cold,heat,wind and stasis.The disease is mainly located in the spleen,kidney,lung,stomach and liver.The pathological nature is mainly the deficiency Ben and the excessive Biao.The pathogenesis is complicated.The pathogenesis of water-dampness-phlegm-fluid invasion in different parts of the consequent evolution.Water-dampness-phlegm-fluid invaded the spleen-stomach,lung,liver-spleen,kidney,spleen-kidney,limbs,meridians and other different parts,and the corresponding core party can be selected for treatment.In the treatment,the core Decoction is the main factor,and it is added or subtracted with the pathogenesis and pathology factors.
