Analysis On The Regularity Of Prescription Of "dampness Syndrome" In Treating Water And Wet

ObjectiveThis research was aimed to improve the clinical usages guidance of presciptions and the related herbals which were focusing on the treatment of the water-qi retention, such as water, dampness, sputum, retained morbid fluid in’Shanghan Lun’by collation and analysis of the proportion of herbals dosages in four properties and five favors theory of the related prescriptions.MethodThe research method was based on the analysis and comparsions of the degree of the composition with the relevant pharmaceutically contents, four properties and five favors, in herbals of the related prescriptions, as to investigate the proportion of herbals dosages of the related presciptions, and, also, there were comparsions between the related prescriptions with similar related pathogenesis, as to investigate the relationship between the differences of the proportion of the property and favor of the herbals of the related prescriptions.ConclusionBy collating and analyzing the relevant pharmaceutically contents, four properties and five favors, in herbals of the prescriptions of the treatment of the retention of water-qi, such as water, dampness, sputum, retained morbid fluid, there were discovered that the compatibility law of the related prescriptions was based on the four properties and five favors theory, and, also, the proportions of the four properties and five favors of the related presciptions were based on the requirement of the treatment principle.The thesis was divided into three parts, and the main contents were summarized as follows:The fisrt part was the paper review section. This section introduced the related contents of the retention of water-qi,such as water, dampness, sputum and morbid fluid in’Huang Di Jing’ and’Shanghan Lun’, and thus, the introduction of the concept and formation of the :er-qi retention, or called water retention and water-dampness-sputum-morbid fluid ention disease, the related treatment principles, the characteristics of the herbal selections, the introduction of the relationship between the property and favor theory of herbals in uang Di Nei Jing’,’Shanghan Lun’, and’Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing’, and thus the nclusion of the compatibility law in the prescriptions in’Shanghan Lun’ was originated pm’Huang Di Nei Jing’and’Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing’,which was the basic theoretical ickground for further discussions.The second part was the discourse of the analysis about the compatibility of the rescriptions for the treatment about water-dampness-sputum-morbid fluid retention disease n’Shanghan Lun’, by correlating between the arrangement about the proportion of the :ompatibility of property and favor of the herbals in the prescriptions for the treatment about water retention in’Shanghan Lun’, and the arrangement of the related pathogenesis, causes of disease and the treatment principle, and, also, by comparing and analyzing the related contents, the article, in’Shanghan Lun’, as to investigate the reasons for the differences between different proportion of the compatibility of property and favor of the herbals in the prescriptions for the treatment about water-dampness-sputum-morbid fluid retention disease in’Shanghan Lun’. Apart from the study only fucosing on the contents in’Shanghan Lun’, there were comparions and analysis about the modificated usages about the prescriptions for the treatment about the diseases in’Shanghan Lun’by the physicians after the publishment of ’Shanghan Lun’, as to guide the clinical treatment about the disease more effectively, by the enrichment about the prescriptions usage in’Shanghan Lun’under its compatibility law of the prescriptions.The section of compatibility law of the prescriptions by the pathogenesis study. There were classifications for the prescriptions of the treatment about water-qi retention disease in ’Shanghan Lun’in seven groups, the depression of the lung and defensive qi, accumulated pathogenic factors transforming into excessive factors, internal water retention, excessive yin cold or excessive yin due to yang deficiency, middle energizer disturbance in ascending and descending, disorder of the pivot about Shaoyang Meridian, jaundice due to depression of dampness-heat. Finally, there was an analysis about the relationship between pathogenesis and the compatibility of prescriptions by sorting the proportion of the herbals dosages in the prescriptions with priority.The section of compatibility law of the prescriptions by the treatment principle study. There were treatment principle classifications for the prescriptions of the treatment about water-dampness-sputum-morbid fluid retention disease in’Shanghan Lun’ in seven groups, lung ventilating or sweat inducing theapy, purgation theapy, urination inducing theapy, warming theapy, stuffy and full sensation in the middle-energizer dispelling theapy, Shaoyang Meridian harmonizing theapy, dampness-heat clearing theapy. Finally, there was an analysis about the relationship between the treatment principle and the compatibility of prescriptions, such as the higher proportion of yang favor used in lung ventilating or sweat inducing theapy, and the higher proportion of yin favor used in purgation theapy, etc.The section of compatibility law of the prescriptions by the related prescriptions study. There were comparsions and analysis of the relationship between the differences of the proportion of the property and favor of the herbals in the related prescriptions and pathogenesis and the treatment priniciples, with classifications into several groups in related prescriptions orders. It included eight aspect of Guizhi-fuzi decoction relatives, ephedra decoction relatives, Sini decoction relatives, Zhenwu decoction relatives, Linggui decoction relatives, Lizhong decoction relatives, Xiexin decoction relatives, Chaihu decoction relatives,etc. Although the the herbals composited or the pathogeneosis to be treated were similar with those decoction relatives, there were differences in the proportion of the herbals dosage, as the differences in the levels of the nature of diseases, levels of the depression, different location of the diseases.The section of compatibility law study of the prescriptions by the modification of the related prescriptions by the physicians after the publishment of’Shanghan Lun’. There were arrangements, comparsions and analysis about the relative contents in the writings or medical records of the physicians after the publishment of’Shanghan Lun’, as to intensify the flexibility of the usages for those of the prescriptions, as the effective guidelines for the clinical aspects. However, the dosages of the prescriptions in’Shanghan Lun’were, generally, larger than that of the relative contents in the writings or medical records of the physicians after the publishment of’Shanghan Lun’, so there were proportion comparsions between the prescriptions in’Shanghan Lun’ and the modified prescriptions by physicians after the publishment of’Shanghan Lun’. From the above study, the principle of the modification in the related prescriptions by Ye Tianshi, Wu Ju Tong, Xue Shengbai were based on that of the ’Shanghan Lun’, which was a proof that the contents’Shanghan Lun’were the fundamental knowledges for the development of the school of warm pathogen disease.The third part is the summary section of this article. This part is focusing on making a brief summary of the full text to express ideas, to analyze the inadequacies, and its sustainability research.In addition, in the appendix, there were summary list of the proportion of the property and the summary list of proportion of the favor in different prescriptions for the treatment about water-dampness-sputum-morbid fluid retention disease in’Shanghan Lun’and the summary list of the property and favor and the function of the herbals, in the prescriptions for the treatment about water retention in’Shanghan Lun’, from’Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing’.
