Implementation Pattern In Ecological Responsibility Of Resource-oriented Enterprises

Building an ecological civilization is an important part of the ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping.In the report to the 19 th National Congress,Xi Jinping pointed out: “man and nature form a community of life;we,as human beings,must respect nature,follow its ways,and protect it.What we are doing today to build an ecological civilization will benefit generations to come.We should have a strong implementationto socialist ecological civilization and work to develop a new model of modernization with humans developing in harmony with nature.We must do our generation's share to protect the environment.” The ecological problem is a global problem.In recent years,human beings rush to seize all kinds of wealth in nature.Climate problems such as climate warming,air and water pollution,land degradation,forest resources loss and species diversity decrease.Resource-oriented enterprises are key resource enterprises for the development of national economy.While securing national resources supply,their production process also causes great damage to the local natural resources.In the process of resource exploitation and production,resource-oriented enterprises,with high energy consumption and low efficiency,not merely produce “three wastes” pollution as ordinary enterprises,but are prone to cause damages to natural ecological environment such as ground subsidence,solid waste accumulation and soil erosion,which may pose a critical threat to the production and living of people.Nowadays,the study of resource-oriented enterprises' lack of ecological responsibility and how to foster resource-oriented enterprises to take ecological responsibility has been a focus of scholars' research.Therefore,characteristics of resource-oriented enterprises taken into consideration,this thesis,from a stakeholder's perspective,carries out a comprehensive and systematic research on implementation model of resourcesoriented enterprises ecological responsibility,with a view to construct a theoretical framework of resources-oriented enterprises ecological responsibility implementationmodel and to foster resources-oriented enterprises to commit ecological responsibility in practice,thus realizing sustainable development of resources-oriented enterprises.This thesis,written from a perspective of Stakeholder theory,integrating Resource Dependence theory and Contract theory,made researches on implementation paths,implementation model and improvement measures of ecological responsibility of resources-oriented enterprises.(1)Defining the connotation and content of resources-oriented enterprises ecological responsibility.This thesis,analysis to characteristics of resources-oriented enterprises,based on Contract theory and Stakeholder theory,defining the connotation and characteristics of ecological responsibility of resources-oriented enterprises.At the same time,In combination with the particularity of resourceoriented enterprises,the specific content of ecological responsibility of resourceoriented enterprises is clarified from three aspects: government level,enterprise level and social level.(2)Determination of research content of resource-based enterprise ecological responsibility implementation pattern.According to three typical enterprises ecological responsibility models,the main content n this paper includes the implementation subject,implementation path,implementation pattern and effect evaluation of resource-based enterprise ecological responsibility.(3)Identifying the main body of resources-oriented enterprises ecological responsibility.On the basis of detailed analysis of the functioning mechanism between stakeholders and resources-oriented enterprises ecological responsibility,the concept of resources-oriented enterprises ecological responsibility stakeholder was defined.And a model was established using FUZZY-DEMATEL method to identify resources-oriented enterprises ecological responsibility sensitive stakeholders,thus finding out the stakeholders of resources-oriented enterprises ecological responsibility are government,shareholders,local residents and environmental organizations.(4)Analysising the implementation paths of ecological responsibility of resources-oriented enterprises.Evolutionary game theory was used to establish an evolutionary game model of resources-oriented enterprises ecological responsibility stakeholders,and Vermin software was used for simulation.The results show that in the government,the resource-oriented enterprises,environmental groups and local residents,ecological responsibility of resource-oriented enterprises behavior is that the government plays a leading role,though,environmental groups and local residents to promote resource-oriented enterprises ecological responsibility behavior have certain effect,but it is small compared with the government's role.Therefore,we believe that the government is an important force to promote ecological responsibility of resources-oriented enterprises.(5)Defining the implementation pattern of ecological responsibility of resources-oriented enterprises.This thesis is divided the implementation pattern of ecological responsibility of enterprises into independent mode,cooperation mode,value chain drive mode and social service mode from the role positioning and implementation strategy.According to the characteristics of resource-oriented enterprise's ecological responsibility,this thesis,chose to cooperative mode,using the contract theory analyzes the cooperative mode of resource-oriented enterprise's ecological responsibility,and finally established a formal contract,relational contract as the auxiliary of the cooperative mode of resource-oriented enterprise's ecological responsibility.(6)Constructing an evaluation index system and building an effect evaluation model of resources-oriented enterprises undertaking ecological responsibility.This thesis established an effect evaluation system of resources-oriented enterprises undertaking ecological responsibility for its features.By comparing common evaluation methods,it applied the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy set to the traditional TOPSIS method,thus building an effect evaluation model of resources-oriented enterprises undertaking ecological responsibility based on intuitionistic Fuzzy– TOPSIS method.It also evaluated 9 listed resources-oriented companies,thus putting forward policy recommendations that may facilitate resources-oriented enterprises undertaking ecological responsibility.
