Research On Promoting Enterprise's Social Responsibility Of The Expressway Company Of Group A

Under the trend of economic globalization,great achievements have been accomplished in China's economic construction and social development,accompanied with the increasing social responsibility of enterprise,which has enhanced its influence on economy,environment and social life.At the same time,all stakeholders,such as employees,governments,communities and residents are paying more attention to enterprise's social responsibility.With the development of enterprise's social responsibility and increasing degree of concern,a number of enterprises begin to focus on how to fulfill their social responsibilities.They have shifted from solely focusing on economic benefits to their image reputation and sustainable development.The Enterprise Group A,which belongs to the Sichuan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission,was established in 2008 and it's an outsize state-owned enterprise.It will be especially important for Expressway Company,the subordinate company of The Enterprise Group A,to fulfill its social responsibility,due to the large number of stakeholders along its way as well as its wide and long-term influences.Based on enterprise's social responsibility,stakeholders and the triple bottom line and other relevant theoretical basis,this paper adheres to the principles of scientific preciseness and truth-seeking and uses many methods,such as combining theory with practice,literature research,survey questionnaires,interviews and data analysis to conduct research and analysis.By stating the basic situation of Expressway Company Of Group A and its necessity of fulfilling social responsibility.Next,the problems existing in the performance of social responsibility are analyzed in the paper as well,which mainly lies in the insufficient performance of employee responsibilities,the lack of effective communication with stakeholders,severe environmental protection situation and the weak social welfare activities.Then,the paper analyzes the main reasons of the problems deeply,which includes the incomplete enterprise's social responsibility mechanism,the weak awareness of enterprise's social responsibility,the lack of social responsibility communication mechanism and the inadequate enterprise's social responsibility assessment as well as evaluation system.Furthermore,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for fulfilling enterprise's social responsibility of Expressway Company Of Group A,which specifically includes enhancing enterprise's social responsibility awareness,building an enterprise's social responsibility management system,ensuring employee care and protection,strengthening environmental protection work,and promoting social welfare.Finally,this paper summarizes and prospects the full text of the research.
