Research On Integral Protection Of Cultural Heritage Of Ancient Post Roads In Eastern Liao

With the successful application of China's Silk Road and Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal for the World Heritage,the protection and utilization of large-scale cross-regional linear cultural heritage has gradually become an important part of the construction of the national land space planning system in the new era in recent years.At present.the linear cultural heritage of the ancient post roads is mainly based on monomer protection.The whole route is facing the dilemma of path breakage and fragmentation due to old age,natural erosion and rapid urbanization,and it is difficult to identify the connotation,screen the elements and evaluate the value of the heritage.The route involves multiple regions and multiple administrative departments,so there is a lack of overall planning,and it is difficult to effectively manifest the comprehensive value of the heritage,which has become an urgent problem to be solved in the protection and utilization of cross-regional linear cultural heritage in China.Based on the relevant theories of the integral protection of cultural heritage,this paper studies the connotation definition,system screening,value evaluation and protection strategy of the heritage of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning in an interdisciplinary way,trying to put forward the systematic theory and method of protection and reutilization.Firstly,from the perspective of the basic theory of integral protection,the localized adaptive analysis and expansion research are conducted in an interdisciplinary way,so as to deconstruct the protection level and process of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning and put forward the multi-level systematic theoretical framework applicable to the protection and reutilization of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning.The perspective of cultural route is introduced,and the concept connotation of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning is scientifically defined through the analysis on the background,historical origin,morphological characteristics,dynamics and overall cross-cultural significance.This paper confirms that the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning have experienced the rise and fall of 2,400 years,forming a directional network,which takes Central Liaoning as the core hub and regards the corridor line in Western Liaoning,the plain line in Northern Liaoning,the mountain line in Eastern Liaoning and the land-sea line in Southern Liaoning as the four main lines.At the same time,it clarifies that at the three levels of regional path,global transportation and international route,the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning served as the important information carrier for the country's management of border areas,the trade channel for communicating economic exchanges inside and outside border areas,the important way for ethnic migration and cultural integration and the core path for multi-civilization communication in the historical period.Moreover,the profound historical connotation and great historical value of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning as "The Roads to the Eastern Spread of Han Culture" and "The Road to Northeast Asia" are revealed.Based on this,this paper establishes the description model for the theme system of the heritage of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning,which takes the postal function as the core theme and regards the military-political management,cultural reciprocity and economic exchange as the derivative theme.This model combines dynamic,thematic and environmental aspects to summarize the three correlation modes between heritage elements and routes.The land-sea line in Southern Liaoning is taken as an example to collect heritage elements and comprehensively analyze type composition,historical period and spatial distribution characteristics.Good results are achieved.Secondly,in order to effectively identify and evaluate the value of heritage resources of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning and along the route,based on the description model for elements of the value of heritage resources of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning and along the route,the multi-dimensional comprehensive value evaluation system for the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning is established.Taking qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis as the means,this system uses the macroscopic and microscopic value evaluation methods to evaluate the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning.The evaluation results show that the heritage of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning has the most comprehensive multi-objective functions,multi-civilization reciprocity theme and regional uniqueness and typicality at the international,intercontinental,national and regional levels.Fmally,according to the practical problems of the current protection and development status of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning,this paper tries to put forward the integral protection objectives of "consensus,co-protection,co-governance,sharing and win-win" as well as the protection and reutilization principles of "heritage leading,authenticity,integrity,flexibility and openness".The integral protection corridors and utilization modes of land,region,urban settlement,historical district and heritage ontology are established from the perspective of spatial pattern.This paper proposes to establish the protection mechanism from four aspects,namely planning system,management platform,legal protection and public participation to maintain the implementation process of protection planning work,so as to form the complete integral protection system of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning.The innovations of this paper are as follows:1.based on the integral protection theory,this paper establishes the multi-level systemic protection theory framework for the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning in an interdisciplinary way.Under this framework,the perspective of cultural route is introduced,and this paper scientifically defines the historical connotation of post roads and establishes the comprehensive thematic system of the registration of heritage elements.2.This paper adopts the quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as comparison and type research to construct the comprehensive evaluation system for multi-dimensional value of cultural route of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning.3.Taking the concept of heritage corridor as the leading factor,aiming at the protection level,spatial composition,pattern and protection mechanism of the ancient post roads in Eastern Liaoning,this paper puts forward the integrated protection strategy of "multi-cultural time-space superposition,multi-functional system integration,multi-level national land space linkage and multi-objective overall planning coordination".The research results can provide basic data and information for related academic research in the field of large-scale cross-regional linear cultural heritage protection in China,provide scientific decision-making basis for the development and construction of the heritage of the ancient post roads and the areas along the route and solve the contradictions in heritage protection,natural environment maintenance and economic construction.Meanwhile,they are helpful for the relevant governnent departments to formulate policies,so as to achieve economic revitalization and cultural sustainable development.
