| Plant is the main material of landscape architecture design,however,the current garden plant landscape design research and development has obvious lag,lack of not only complete system design theory guidance in the art,but also the clear standard of design and result evaluation in the technology.Residential real estate display garden is the unique garden form of China's real estate boom stage.In order to promote the rapid sale of real estate,the real estate developer has carefully designed and devoted to it,and its landscape effect is obvious to all.A systematic study on the plant landscape design of residential real estate display garden is expected to obtain the general method of plant landscape design,so as to improve the overall quality of landscape architecture.Taking 45 display project of 21 famous real estate brand as the main research object,on the basis of field survey,through methods of case analysis,statistical analysis,rational analysis,graphical analysis,empirical research and questionnaire survey,this paper gets the following conclusions:(1)In the display garden of residential real estate,there are many kinds of plants,and the number of new species and varieties are relatively large.The vertical level is rich and the life habits are diverse;The ornamental features are excellent.At the same time,this type of garden is through the use of plants as as barrier shielding external adverse environment,abundant and ingenious experiential design and a large number of garden flowers to create some particular atmosphere,in order to stimulate the purchase desire of customers.(2)Plant space construction shall be carried out in accordance with the steps in the following order: first of all,divide the space into seven functional areas of entrance display area,parking area,marketing center,model building area,outdoor negotiation area,children play area and outdoor activity area.Secondly,organize the overall tour route by directly entered or guided by experience,but the core garden display area is set in a closed circle.Thirdly,set up the space sequence in accordance with three segment of "start-guide-climax ",and design the alternating rhythm changes of opening and closing.Fourth,arrange the overall space according to the law of virtual and real interphase.Fifth,divide the plant space into three types of "virtual","real" and "half virtual",six space combinations modes are obtained through arrangement and combination to be used alternately.(3)The plant group design from three dimensions.Respectively extracted three group structure form and group combination.In the overall design,the principle of clear subjectivity should be applied to the size,height,type,color and technique of plant level or landscape elements.It studies three different types of garden plant configuration method.Three configuration modes of cluster plants are extracted,and three configuration principles of ornamental plants and ground cover plants are summarized.The garden plant color design also follows the aesthetic principle and color principle,and four basic design principles are summarized.(4)The plant landscape design of residential real estate display garden can be carried out from four aspects of space construction,group design,individual configuration and color design.Based on the previous research results,the plant landscape of the entrance garden display area of zhongjian jiangshan No.1 is transformed as an empirical case,and the effect of transformation was evaluated by questionnaire survey.The results indicates that the effect of this case reconstruction is widely and positively recognized,which verifies the rationality of the research results in this paper.(5)It discusses that the landscape architecture belongs to the applied disciplines,can be studied from the aspect of methodology,combined with the practical case,in view of the specific research problem,comprehensively apply the research methods of various disciplines,and considering the subjective initiative of designers to explore the general methods of garden plant landscape design. |
