Product design is the soul of the manufacturing industry,"Made in China 2025" clearly requires to promote the development of manufacturing innovation as the theme,to improve quality and efficiency as the center,to achieve the depth of integration of information technology and manufacturing as the main line,so as to realize the great leap forward of manufacturing industry.As the most important part of the product design,scheme design determines the direction of the design and performance,quality and many other factors of product.With the increasing complexity of the structure and function of the product,design time and difficulty of the scheme design are also increasing,so as to meet the requirements of the rapid response of the market competition difficultly.As the basis of "knowledge economy" era,knowledge has become the core competitiveness of enterprises,providind important intellectual resources for the modern product design,to some extent,modern product design is a knowledge-driven creative process.With the extensive knowledge of the product lifecycle,instead of the design experience,it can shorten the design time,improve the design efficiency and rationality of the program,and respond to the market demand quickly.At present,the ability to acquire,organize,transfer and use the knowledge for product design is still at a low level,which is the bottleneck of product design and product innovation.This paper puts forward the topic of "the key technology of product lifecycle knowledge driving for scheme design",striving to realize the effective integration of the scattered intellectual resources,and on the other hand,trying to improve the product design efficiency and innovation ability.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the theory of axiomatic design,the scheme design of the whole product life is described based on the mapping between adjacent domains.The duplex quality house is proposed to realize the mapping and transformation from the user requirements to technical characteristics and scheme characteristics,compared with the traditional quality house,the complexity of the correlation matrix is reduced.And then the definition of product life cycle knowledge(PLK)is given,and the characteristics and advantages of program design based on PLK are analyzed.Finally,a framework of product lifecycle knowledge-driven system for scheme design is established.(2)A knowledge acquisition method is studied,where the knowledge is derived from product life cycle engineering data and expert experience.Knowledge mining is divided into explicit and tacit knowledge acquisition in two aspects according to the different sources of data,a hierarchical acquisition strategy was proposes based on indiscernibility and dominance relation rough sets for the explicit data,and a three-stage tacit knowledge acquisition method based on problem context is proposed for the tacit knowledge of experts.And the reworking technology and reliability analysis of knowledge acquisition are further studied.(3)Multidimensional representation model of product scheme knowledge is proposed,which describing the scheme knowledge from three dimensions of breadth,granularity and depth.The breadth dimension,as the perspective of knowledge source,knowledge fusion method is presented based on knowledge element link.The size dimension,The knowledge is divided into three kinds of granularity of decision-making knowledge,reasoning layer knowledge and object-level knowledge from the knowledge of the organization level and ultrafine particle size perspective.The depth dimension,ontology and knowledge component mapping technology is proposed from the perspective of knowledge reuse.(4)In order to avoid the hidden dangers of design,and to achieve rapid processing of the whole design process,a driven strategy of step-up level based on PLK is proposed,which including index driven,template driven and navigation driven.The index driven drives fast retrieval using SOM clustering,template driven calculates similarity to select the recommended similar scheme by matching templates,and navigation driven adjusts to differences in similar schemes quickly by navigation control model.Based on the combina-tion of black box method and IDEF0,the driving unit configuration expression model of product scheme space is established.(5)On the basis of the above theoretical research,the paper takes the large-scale environmental protection equipment bag filter as the application object,and develops the scheme design platform of the whole life cycle knowledge driven,which provides many functions such as rapid product design,knowledge query and management.The platform not only gets rid of over reliance on designers,but also improves design efficiency and product performance through the demonstration of product design and numerical simulation.
