Due to the energy structure adjustment of China,to build the new energy-supply system with the high penetration rate of the clean energy and the renewable energy is the trend and goal of the future energy and power system construction in China.Under the high rate of renewable energy background,how to guarantee the efficient,economic and reliable operation of the power system and promote the utilization rate of the renewable energy is an important problem in the development of the future power system.Under the current technology situation,controlling the users’ load by the demand response mechanism and making the controllable resource of-the supply and demand side coordinated in the power system is the necessary method for high utilization of the renewable energy.Thus it can be seen that the demand response resource will play a more vital role in the future energy and power system operation.Moreover,with the development of the electricity market in China,the implementer of demand response would become the distribution and electricity-retail operator or the integrated energy service provider.The proper demand response mechanism can reduce the operation risk,improve the profit of the distribution and electricity-retail operator,meanwhile it also can be as the value-added service for the users,so that the dependency of the users higher.In a word,the demand response resource is not only the method to guarantee the economic and reliable operation of the power system,but also the operation and development of the distribution and electricity-retail operator.As a result.for the demand response implementer in the future,conducting the research on the control strategy of the demand response resource has the practical and theoretical meaning.In the dissertation,the distribution and electricity-retail operator is as the researched subject,and the "user’s satisfaction" is as the research mainline,for the requirement of operation cost reduction and the high reliability guarantee of the distribution and electricity-retail operator,the research on the control strategy of demand response resource is conducted.According to the research state of the control strategy of demand response resource and the external environment change of the distribution and electricity-retail operator,the control strategy of demand response resource for the distribution and electricity-retail operator,the control strategy of demand response resource for the integrated energy service provider,the reliability profit assessment of demand response resource for the regional energy system operator and the future control mechanisn of the demand response resource in the energy internet will be studied in the dissertation.Firstly,the research on the control strategy model of the demand response resource for the distribution and electricity-retail operator is conducted.Under the current power system and electricity market background,the two-stage control model of demand response resource for the distribution and electricity-retail operator is built,which considers the user’s satisfaction,and the whole control mechanism should be implemented based one the smart energy management system.In the first part,the load characteristics of the user is analyzed,and build the model for the different load type.Then,according to the different load characteristics under the demand response implementation and the control extent of the interruptible load,the user’s satisfaction is modelled.At last,under the time-of-use price,the control model of the demand response resource is built.Meanwhile,a distributed computation method is proposed to solve the above model.This computation method can reduce the difficult degree of solving the model and protect the privacy of the user.Based on the simulation result,the above two-stage control mechanism can further optimize the load profile of the system and does not make the electricity cost of users increase,from another view,the mechanism can coordinate the profit of the system and users.Secondly,the control strategy of the demand response resource for the integrated energy service provider is modeled.As the development of the energy internet and the complex energy demand of the users,the distribution and electricity-retail operator would become the integrated energy service provider.Under the integrated energy system background,the control model of the demand response resource is conducted,which considers the control cost of the interruptible load and the thermal load.At the beginning,based on the conclusion of the above section,the model of thermal/electricity shiftable load and thermal storage device is built.Then,based on the compensation mechanism for the interruptible load and the thermal load,considering the different uncertainties for the integrated energy service provider and the control extent of the demand response resource,the two-stage stochastic control model is built.As is shown in the simulation result,the demand response resource can reduce the operation cost and risk of the integrated energy service provider in the market.And the influence of different compensation mechanism on the user’s thermal load satisfaction and control strategy is analyzed.Thirdly,the reliability profit assessment of the demand response resource is studied.To guarantee the power system reliability is not only the obligation of the distribution and electricity-retail operator,but also the demand of maintaining the user amount.With the distributed generation connecting to the distribution system,the distribution and electricity-retail operator need to plan and operate the regional energy system.Under the above background,the contribution assessment model of the demand response resource is conducted.Under the compensation mechanism,the model can consider the impact of interest gained from demand response program of users on their involvement strategy.So,it can make the assessment model more accuracy and convenient to observe the change of the users’ involvement strategy and the influence of control strategy on the involvement extent of the user.Finally,the research on the control mechanism of the demand response resource in the energy internet is carried out.Promoting the demand response resource to the market is the most efficient way to pricing the demand response resource.In the integrated energy system,the demand response would become the integrated demand response.In this section,the implementation mode and key problem of integrated demand response is analyzed-Meanwhile,propose the basic trade mode of the integrated demand response resource in the decentralized energy market based on the blockchain technology.
