Due to the current research about the framework of family rehabilitation system has not taken the patient's psychological rehabilitation,physiological or environmental background into account,this thesis studies a kind of environment-based adaptive algorithm,the algorithm is mainly for detection of physical status of the patient in the training process,and further research on the framework of adaptive system which includes environment perception model is made,which can be adjusted based on the patient's rehabilitation training task training,physical and mental state settings,such as the difficulty of the task,training content and interactive mode.Furthermore,task oriented virtual training tasks are designed,and the adaptive process of task running and its interaction mode.The author's main work is as follows:1.Design a general perception of the situation with adaptive virtual rehabilitation training system,interface planning including patients and therapists,as well as related to the development of the core module,the type of family rehabilitation can be safe and effective in the absence of the supervision of the therapist.The system can be applied to any rehabilitation of the upper limb or lower limb.2.Analyze and model of the wrist movement,and present action angle,speed and stability under different motion modes.In rotating movement such as pronation and supination,how the speed and stability change when the action angles happen to change is observed,and corresponding movement rules are obtained.These results provide a theoretical basis for the training task customization and difficulty classification of the patients.3.Establish and analyze the training quality evaluation model,the captured data of training movement are clearly quantified to indicate the patient's training quality.4.Design the adaptive model combined with motion performance parameters,the model can automatically adjust the intensity of training and virtual task training content based on a variety of influencing factors such as patient training,physiological and psychological state and the environmental conditions.The expected matrix and correlation matrix are constructed,which are to achieve automatic adjustment and reasonable training the strength and difficulty and lay the foundation for training content,training experience and get better effect.5.Build a virtual environment,design a variety of task oriented training modes,and describe the training process based on adaptive methods,as well as the human-computer interaction model of two users of therapists and patients.The remote family rehabilitation therapy can make the patients return to the family as soon as possible,relieve the tense medical resources,reduce labor costs,and have better flexibility and efficiency.It is the future direction of rehabilitation training.
