Hand is one of important organs in the process of human evolution. In some diseases such as brain death or hand trauma often caused hand movement disorder after cardiac surgery. It causes a great impact to the patient’s daily life. And along with our country gradually entered the stage of an aging population, hand disorders produce risk is becoming bigger, therefore in the treatment of hand barrier is becoming more and more attention.In the treatment of hand disorders in the world is given priority to with rehabilitation treatment, and with the gradual development of modern technology, rehabilitation training method is developing fast.Based on Tangible Interaction theory (Tangible Interaction) as the foundation, I proposed a hand rehabilitation training equipment design idea that combines the virtual and physical interface. Physical training equipment as a physical interface, and mobile terminal as a virtual interactive interface, physical interface as training program interface, provides patients different training methods by changing its shape, at the same time in the patients with operation of physical training equipment is also the process of data input, to the physical movement will be digital record, present in the virtual interaction interface as the training feedback. The interactive data will also be able to expand to the cloud through Internet, rehabilitation training therapists can remotely design rehabilitation training plan for patients, and be able to view real-time training data feedback and timely changes training plan.At first, this paper expounds the principles of hand rehabilitation and Tangible interaction design principle and the principle of combing the different rehabilitation training methods and research status and the existing products, and analyzes its deficiencies, then analysis the physiological and psychological characteristic of hand disorders and their needs. Puts forward a new hand rehabilitation equipment design idea and further analysis form design scheme, finally set up product prototype to verify the feasibility of design scheme.
