Research On Urban Spatial Growth From The Perpective Of System And Behavior

Since the policy of reformation and opening,China's economy has maintained sustained and rapid growth in 30 years,which is honored as "growth miracle'.Meanwhile,the spread of urbanization is also rapid,both in the scale and the speed.With the fast process of urbanization,our cities have changed a lot in infrastructure and landscape.As a part of economic activity,the investment in infrastructure and urban construction also contribute to the GDP growth.On the other hand,the city spreading also leads to a series problems,such as the "aggressive urbanization","overbuilding" and some criticisms.Therefore,urban spatial growth has became one of the most sensitive and important issues during the urbanization process.Based on above,this paper aims to answer the following questions: how does the institution change,incentive and restraint the urbanization process? Moreover,the institution background has great influence on the behavior patterns of government,enterprises,and individuals.Then,what's feature of urban spatial growth resulted by their behavior patterns? How does the influence mechanism of the combination of institutional environment and subjective behavior affect the growth process of urban space? With these questions,the paper establishes a logical framework from the perspective of institutional environment and subjective behavior in the process of urban spatial growth,and studies it.The main content of this paper include: First of all,establishing a research framework for current city spatial development problems.Secondly,Analysis on the mechanism of interaction of transition period China city space growth system background and subject behavior;Through the government administrative level and administrative system,the city land use system,city space planning system,to explore the city space from the perspective of institutional environment is the deep-seated reasons for growth.Analysis of Chinese current city construction of the main behavior characteristics of the city as the main building of the central government,local government,enterprises and residents around the game space interests of land use and spatial allocation of resources based on the related issues are analyzed.Third,horizontal,taking Chongqing as an example,to explore the role of "institutional environment and behavior mechanism in the city space in the growth process,analyzed the evolution characteristics of Chongqing city space in the system environment and behavior under the influence of city space;empirical research and evaluation of city space allocation effect of 2000-2013 in Chongqing city the fifth,analysis of city space growth;planning control,puts forward the goal and connotation of the current city space growth management,the value orientation of city space,city space growth control system and control the growth of city space growth management tools for analysis,and puts forward related suggestions.The main conclusions are: city space growth mechanism can be understood as in the political,economic and social system environment background of our country,their status and influence the city space development of various types of actors and their relationship in the system within the framework of their respective behavior choice of city space formed on the basis of the resource allocation process;The institutional environment facing the city space configuration since the new China established the evolution of market system can be summarized as the decentralization of economic reform,political reform and the resulting city space planning system reform,in this process,complete government led resource allocation way to gradually withdraw from the market mechanism,gradually play a more important the role of city planning and other related space planning and coordination of the city space resources allocation function and effect was enhanced;The growth mechanism of our country city space,the government is the most notable feature of the local government;in order to meet the city economic development objectives,performance evaluation index,improve the city built environment driving force,to the development of city construction as a means to improve the living environment of city landscape,and promote the rapid growth of China's space city;Chongqing city space growth process,in the reform of the system of environmental administrative zoning,land system and space system under the background of development strategies and behaviors of the local governments at all levels in Chongqing to become the dominant leading force of Chongqing city space growth;effect analysis on configuration of 2004 to 2013 years of Chongqing city space,the structure effect,Chongqing city space configuration the economic effect and fair effect overall upward trend,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of Chongqing city space.
