Water is an important natural and economic resource for human survival.In recent years,with the influence of human activities on the natural environment gradually strengthen and extreme meteorological hydrological events gradually increased,water pollution incidents occur frequently.It restricts the sustainable development of economy and society,and threatens the safety of natural and ecological environment,which has been highly valued by the state and widely concerned by experts and scholars.Therefore,water pollution incident is a research hot spot.In this paper,typical water pollution incident of Weihe river basin(WRB)was taken as research objects.The efficient dynamic simulation and visual process emergency management using complexity theory,digital earth,general integration and other theories and technologies,which provides theoretical reference and decision support for scientific response to water pollution incidents and reduces disaster losses.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The complexity description of water pollution event and multi-source information fusion was realized.The water pollution accident and water quality model were complexly analyzed,and the migration and transformation of pollutant in water were revealed.Furthermore,the process of pollutant transport in water pollution events and the numerical solution method of water quality model were further proposed.The data integration middleware and multi-source information fusion was used to realize the collection,processing,integration and fusion of massive water pollution event data resources.The componentized services are provided by components approach.(2)The coupling mechanism of water quality model based on water conservancy digital earth was proposed.The data integration,data mapping and information fusion were used to realize efficient integration,deep integration and organic integration of massive data resources of water pollution incident.The hydraulic digital earth was constructed based on multi-source information fusion.Tile pyramid service and spatial information tile retrieval technology were used to realize 3d visualization of data resources related to water pollution events.Based on the spatial integration vision model,3S spatial information and digital earth inter operation service was fused to realize the coupling of multi-source data resources,water quality model and digital earth for water pollution events,which provide a visual service environment for dynamic simulation of water pollution events.(3)The water pollution dynamic simulation based on complex agent was carried out.On the basic of water quality data fitting and loading,the river channel where the water pollution accident happened was triangulated.The water quality agent model based on triangular irregular network(TIN)was established using complex theory,and the water quality model was further visually described.The cellular automaton(CA)was applied to water pollution simulation,and the water quality multi-agent was designed.The migration process was characterized using multi-agent.The integrated environment for water pollution dynamic simulation was constructed based on high-performance grid,based on which,the complex water pollution simulation process was decomposed using grid computing.(4)The application support platform for water pollution incidents has been built.Based on comprehensive integrated,an information service model for water pollution events was proposed.The application support platform for water pollution incidents has been built by using thematic description,componentized development,visual simulation and knowledge management and other modern information technology.The architecture of application support platform and application development process was proposed.It could provide comprehensive integrated services for water pollution incidents,and provide efficient,convenient,extensible and visual application services for dynamic simulation and emergency management of water pollution incidents.(5)The platform provided water pollution event simulation and emergency management application services.Taking typical water pollution incidents in the WRB as an example,the integration of water pollution event and 3D visualization environment of digital earth,water pollution event information labeling,water pollution event flow field modeling,visualization performance,water pollution migration simulation and water pollution emergency management assistant decision-making services were realized based on the 3D visualization environment of water conservancy digital earth.Based on the comprehensive integrated application support platform,water pollution incident experimental simulation and emergency scheduling were carried out,and four emergency management modes,namely process,modularization,planning and integration,were proposed,which provided application services and decision-making support for water pollution incidents.
