At present,sudden water pollution incidents occur frequently in my country,which seriously affects the ecological environment of rivers.It is urgent to study the emergency dispatching of reservoirs to minimize the impact of sudden water pollution.Therefore,the research in this paper is of great significance to the sustainable social and economic development of the basin and the restoration of the ecological environment.This paper takes the upper and middle reaches of the Xijiang River Basin as the research object-Aiming at water pollution emergencies in the basin,the HD(Hydrodynamic)and AD(Advection-Dispersion)modules in the Mike11 model are used to construct the hydrodynamic and water quality simulation models in the upper and middle reaches of the Xijiang River during the dry period.Based on the established hydrodynamics As well as the water quality model,it studies the reservoir emergency dispatch plan for sudden water pollution accidents in the upper and middle reaches of the Xijiang River Basin and provides an important guarantee for the formulation of emergency plans for sudden water pollution incidents in the upper and middle reaches of the Xijiang River Basin.The main conclusions obtained through the research are as follows:(1)Using the hydrodynamic module in the Mike11 model,a hydrodynamic model during the dry period of the Nanpanjiang-Hongshuihe section of the upper and middle reaches of the Xijiang River basin and the tributary Beipanjiang section of the Beipanjiang section was established to simulate the Tianyihe River during the period.The water level pr’ocess at the section of Tian’e Hydrological Station fits well with the actual measured water level process.After comparing the accuracy of different hydrological model simulation results,the one-dimensional hydrodynamic model established in this study has higher accuracy in the upper and middle reaches of the Xijiang River.The value can accurately reflect the actual hydrodynamic conditions of the river.(2)based on the hydrodynamic model,through the established water quality model,we studied the sudden water pollution incident about 13 km downstream of Tianyi Reservoir and simulated the different discharge flows under the emergency dispatch of single and double reservoirs.Deal with the transport and diffusion process of pollutants in the river under different discharge intensities,and at the same time obtain the discharge water volume required for the sewage body to reach each typical section before dilution to reach the national class III water standard under different sewage discharge intensities.(3)Under the single-reservoir emergency dispatch mode of Tianyi Reservoir,a reservoir emergency dispatch model was established.The simulation calculation showed that in order to make the sewage bodies in front of the Tianyi Hydrological Station,Longlin County,Guangxi Province,and Longtan Reservoir Area When the first four typical sections of Longtan Dam are diluted to the standard and the discharge intensity is 5m3/s,the required minimum discharge flow and water volume of Tianyi Reservoir are 2000,1500,500,300m3/s and 173,130,43,26 million m3;when the discharge intensity is 15m3/s,under the maximum discharge flow of 5000m3/s in Tianyi Reservoir,the section of Tianyi Hydrological Station cannot be diluted to meet the standard,and the minimum discharge flow and water volume of Tianyi Reservoir required for the remaining three sections are respectively 5000,1500,1000m3/s and 432,130,86 million m3;when the discharge intensity is 25m3/s,under the maximum discharge flow of Tianyi Reservoir of 5000m3/s,the Tianyi Hydrological Station and Longlin County Section of Guangxi Province cannot When the dilution reaches the standard,the minimum discharge flow and water volume of the Tianyi Reservoir required for the remaining two sections are 2500 and 1500 m3/s and 216,130 million m3.(4)Under the emergency dispatch mode of Tianyi Reservoir and Guangzhao Reservoir,the emergency dispatch model of the reservoir group was established.Simulation calculation shows that when the sewage discharge intensity is 25m3/s,to make the sewage receiving body in the Longtan Reservoir area respectively The two typical cross-sections in front of the Qianhe and Longtan dams are diluted to the standard.When the discharge flow of Tianyi Reservoir is 100m3/s,the required minimum discharge flow of Guangzhao Reservoir and the total discharge volume of Tianyi and Guangzhao are 2000,1500m3/s,and 181,138 million m3;when the discharge flow of Tianyi Reservoir is 500m3/s,the required minimum discharge flow of Guangzhao Reservoir and the total discharge of Tianyi-Sunshine are 1800,1300m3/s and 199,130 million m3;Tianyi Reservoir When the discharge flow is 1000m3/s,the required minimum discharge flow of Guangzhao Reservoir and the total discharge volume of Tianyi and Guangguang are 1400,500m3/s and 207,130 million m3.
