Study On Emergency Management Of Sudden Water Pollution Incidents In China

In an increasingly complex modern society,the construction of urban public safety and analysis and evaluation systems,the awareness of crisis management for urban development,and emergency management occupy a place in the construction of urban safety prevention systems.This paper takes the Songhua River water pollution incident after it deciphered as a research case,analyzes,and discusses a series of issues such as the accident itself and its direct causes,deep causes,consequences,and follow-up work on treatment,and summarizes the accidents Lessons and enlightenment.Through research,it is found that the traditional emergency management system tends to summarize and analyze after the fact,and the implementation of crisis management should run through all aspects of the three stages before,during and after the crisis,and proposed to strengthen the public in public policy formulation Participate in and use big data technology to improve urban planning and management;improve the management of sewage treatment plants;improve the water supply pipeline network and strengthen the control and management of pollution sources;improve the national emergency legal system for water pollution emergencies;establish a multi-participation emergency work mechanism.
