Study On The Evolution Mechanism Of The Safety Production Behavior Based On Individuals With Different Initiative Differences

The occurrence of accident derives from unsafe status and behavior of human,therein people is the primary element.Recently,many scholars have explored human behavior principles from the perspective of individual psychological characters in order to pursue the cause and effect of promoting level of individual safety producing behavior wherein individual initiative,as an important individual psychological characteristic,has been increasingly included in the research category of safety behavior field.Therefore,it is necessary to be started from individual initiative to classify individuals with different initiative levels and reveal the influencing mechanism that promotes their behavior to continually evolve,analyzing the dynamic mechanism that cause the safety behavior to evolve among individuals with different initiatives,as well as exploring its cognitive mechanism in favor of the organization and implementation of differentiated management and providing theoretical and practical evidence for the promotion of initiative level of individual safety producing behavior.Firstly,to establish a theoretical framework for the evolutionary mechanism of different individual safety producing behavior.In terms of the connotation of individual initiative and its classification,the connotation of safety producing behavior and its structure and evolving phases of safety producing behavior and its mechanism analysis,analyzing and comparing those classic evolving theories of individual safety producing behavior,it is selected out that the theory of planned behavior of Social Psychological School,Person-Organization Fit theory of Organizational Behavior School and Rational Behavior Evolution theory of Evolutionary Psychology School to be the applying theories of the evolutionary mechanism of different-initiative-individual safety producing behavior,constituting its researching theoretical framework as well.Secondly,to build a concept model for evolutionarily influencing mechanism for individual safety producing behavior,which takes individual initiative as the internal cause of safety producing behavior and regards group,organization and environmental elements as its external factors.Based on the influencing elements that are analyzed and recognized with literature analysis and theoretical application,obeying theoretical analyzing and hypothesis proposing logic,it is provided that evolution-influencing theoretical hypotheses onindividual-initiative safety producing behavior,and established a concept model for evolution-influencing mechanism.Thirdly,to analyze and testify the evolutionary-influencing mechanism of different-initiative-individual safety producing behavior.Complying with the hypothesis providing and hypothesis testifying logic,Structural Equation Model is used to verify the influencing degree of internal elements(individual initiative)and external elements(group,organization,environment)of different-initiative-individual safety producing behavior on different evolutionary phases.Therefore,the significant degrees of the internal and external elements placed on the first(passive safety behavior evolving towards complying safety behavior)and second(complying safety behavior to initial safety behavior)evolutionary stages should be respectively testified.The concepts above provide theoretical basis for the management suggestion on the initiative level of different-initiative safety producing behavior.In the fourth place,to analyze and testify the evolutionarily dynamic mechanism.Based on the hypothesis providing and testifying logic,Evolutionary Game theory is used to testify the evolutionary paths of different stages of the different-initiative-individual safety producing behavior.Evolutionary paths should be analyzed according to the evolutionary stages of safety producing behavior;profit and loss of individual behavior and organizational management should be analyzed based on the Evolutionary Theory of Rational Behavior;the dynamic mechanism of promotion function of the game between individual and organization is uncovered by the simulation model,in order to explore the influence of initiative-level conversion of individual safety behavior and the revolution of organizational-safety-producing management pattern on evolutionary results.Fifthly,to analyze and testify the cognitive mechanism of the evolution of different-initiative-individual safety producing behavior.Complying the researching logic of theoretical analysis– theoretical proposal–theoretical hypothesis converting to experimental hypothesis–experimental hypothesis proposal–experimental hypothesis test–theoretical hypothesis verification,using event-related potential and behaviorally experimental analysis to analyze and testify the brain-cognitive mechanism of different-initiative-individual safety producing behavior.To simulate real auto-industrial controlling background and take the vMMN as the evaluating criterion,in order to explore the brain reaction status and amplitudeof different-initiative-individuals facing safety alerting signals in real operating situation,then analyzing the color,shape and orientation to reveal the cognitive mechanism of the evolution of different-initiative-individual safety producing behavior.Finally,to provide management suggestions for promoting initiative level of different-initiative-individual producing safety behavior.Integrating analytical and test results of the evolutionarily influencing mechanisms,evolutionarily dynamic mechanisms and evolutionarily cognitive mechanisms,according to different stages,namely the first evolutionary stage(passive safety behavior to complying safety behavior)and the second stage(complying safety behavior to initial safety behavior),to provide guiding,inspiring and emergency-solving suggestions that help to promote the initiative level of different-initiative-individual safety producing behavior.
